Good fences make good neighbors.
Friends don’t overstay their welcome. Don’t barge in uninvited. Don’t campaign to overthrow your house rules. And don’t milk your system.

Now refresh my memory, but how does the Mexican government treat illegals from Guatamalla?

We are neighbors, he said, and we have been friends for a long, long time. That's fine.
The wall will have gates.

The wall now under construction at the U.S.-Mexican border to stem illegal immigration is being constructed by Mexicans, by the way, Fox noted with a wry smile. GOOD. Now, let's make them pay for it, too...

Yeah, I think our plan to bankrupt our nation and turn it into a 3rd world socialist economy ought to stem the tide of that pesky illegal immigration problem quite nicely...
Now why didn't I think of that...

Ever been to Mexico?? Except for a couple of resorts, it’s a big sewer but has lotsa assets...with a lazy, do nothing government.

Instead of building walls, we should be building bridges of understanding and cooperation, and education exchange, and technology exchange, and friendship. We tried that and it isn't working.

Friends knock on the front door and wait to be invited in.
Really good friends might be allowed to come back and check if I'm grilling something if I don't answer.
No one gets to climb through my window, raid my refrigerator and sleep in my bed.

When the former president of Mexico say a fence isn’t the answer...you know that it is the answer.

We are neighbors, he said, and we have been friends for a long, long time.I don't know, Vincente. If my neighbor was constantly coming into my house, stealing my food, getting drunk and stepping on my kids, I don't think he'd be someone I'd call a friend.
It's a two way street, amigo.

...its a big sewer but has lotsa assets...with a lazy, do nothing government.
And an encrusted caste system that rivals that of India. If you are one of the handful of original Spanish families, whose ancestors pillaged the Indian cultures of Mexico in the 17th century, you are rich and successful. If you are a member one of the vast majority of indigenous native cultures, you are in the peon class. That’s the class the ruling elite wants the US taxpayer to provide every service for. “We breed. You feed.” should be the official motto of Mexico.

Yes ... we must not face reality. If you can't see it, it didn't happen.
Can't we all just get along?

Not only in the United States, he said, but in Mexico, where trade can create opportunities for Mexicans in their own country and reduce the income disparity that sometimes lures them away.Former Mexican President Vicente Fox..."Physician, Heal thy self"...
Why don't you return your "Customary Bribes" from Pamex (sp?)/ Solve your own country's systemic (+90 years) corruption ....

I guess the word jurisdiction has no meaning to this fellow. It does to me.

No, Vinnie, you are not our friend. Friends don’t neglect their own children’s health and welfare and then help their children sneak into someone else’s house to steal what they need.
