Awesome news. Leo will be on the radio again tonight- anyone have Strang’s link? Leo’s site is swamped.
I listened to Leo’s last night on Prarie radio. Great guy filled with passion. Leo’s a is a real patriot! All Freepers need to back him and his case. We have about about 30 more days of freedom.
We need to call Levin, Rush, Savage, Hannity and others and ask plus demand they put Leo on. They are cowards now. They spend 3 hours tiptoeing around Obama.
Funny how this so-called non-story just won’t go away, isn’t it?

Keep sending those letters and faxes to the SCOTUS. The "Rule of Law" DOES mean something to them.
Leo is on Strang’s web internet show tonight at 8 pm EST. Anyone have the link? It is on Leo’s site but he is being swamped.
We need to call ALL the conservative talk radio hosts and ask them to get Leo on their show. They are all cowards now. 3 Hours of them talking about things that will not offend Obama?
Will the justices look at the law, look at the evidence, and rule accordingly?
Or will they look at the law, look at the evidence, think about the social consequences of their ruling, and THEN rule?
Can Justice Thomas refuse to hear the case?
If so, that’s exactly what he’ll do.
The story on the Keyes/Obama suit in CA has saturated the blogosphere for several days, but no “mainstream” media would pick it up.
Yesterday, the NBC affiliate in Augusta, Georgia, finally put the story up, then pulled it down, then put it up again.
They just called me to verify some facts and the gentleman said they’ve had 98,000 hits on the story, more than twice as many as any story they’ve ever run.
Now Drudge has it up.
And AWAY we go!

We have to get Leo’s case to Drudge, Rush, Levin, Savage, Hannity, Ingraham, and any other conservative host on the radio. They need to get Leo on. We need to mobilize all of FR to call these shows.
I’m already scheduled to be on at least four shows across the country tomorrow.
We’ve also had Orly Taitz on a number of shows as well, and she’s doing a great job.
I submitted the Keyes info to Drudge the DAY I found out about it. Gateway Pundit put it up the same day I submitted it to FREEP, but sadly it has taken Drudge 4 days!

Leo had some comments on Orly Taitz/Keyes case. They were suggestions for improvements to the Keyes case. They are on Leo’s site. I am wondering if she could amend her pleading to make the her case better.

This is beautiful. If Justice Thomas rules against Obama, they can’t say it was a white man not wanting a black man to be president. They may say other things, but they can’t say that.

I know a bit more about how we got here. Bear market raids by hedge fund managers to destroy companies. This was set up by Fannie & Freddie through lawsuits and CRA by community organizers.
Sadly more people care about a college football game or things that are meaningless.

Unfortunately I think we know that the social consequences of following the law will weigh heavily on them. It shouldn’t but it will especially with Justice Kennedy who reportedly follows media stories closely about the Court rulings.
They will be worried about violence in the streets from the fanactics and the massive protests.

There job is to interpret The Constitution. If O is not eligble for office it fraud. Justice Roberts will be committing a crime by swearing him in as Leo has detailed.

What happened in the case that was to go to court today? Was it the one in HI?
It is REALLY important that this be resolved before the actual election!! Note that Obama has NO standing until the Electoral College meets and votes in early December. Keyes tack is to constrain the electors of California from voting for an ineligible candidate. If the electors are not allowed to vote for Obama, then McCain will WIN!
On the other hand, if the Electoral College has already voted, then in the event that Obama is scrubbed from the ballot, Biden would probably replace him.

Not true. The winner must get at least 270 electoral votes. Period.
If Obama's votes are voided by a Supreme Court decision before December 15, the Democratic Party would choose a new ticket and send registered letters to their electors telling them whom to vote for on 12/15. The Democrats would still elect the president.
If the electoral votes are voided by the Court after 12/15, then on January 6, when Congress conducts the Counting Ceremony, Obama's votes would be voided by Congress. No one would have the minimum of 270 electoral votes. Then the 12th Amendment would kick in, and the House would elect the president among the top 3 electoral vote getters. (Possibly McCain, McCain and McCain.) Constitutionally, that would be acceptable, but not politically. That opens up another can of worms, but with teeth.
I don't think that Thomas would rule on this alone. There's far too much at stake.
If he doesn't deny it altogether, Thomas will have to seek support from the other justices, so that the entire Supreme Court can consider the case.
And as usual, Stevens will be the swing vote.
Let’s see. No COLB = ineligible. What about entering two universities as a foreign student and applying for foreign aid. Does that make it fraud? A Felony, assuming he is a citizen naturalized or by birth. Or, is he in fact an alien, but not a citizen naturalized or by birth? Again ineligible to assume POTUS.
Not correct. The votes are for a candidate not some fictitious member of a party. The rest is correct.
You could get additional recipients of electoral votes depending on whether the Electors from DC decide to cast protest votes over the DC statehood issue. It would be weird to have the Democrat House go pick an unknown because of that though.
Does the President have to be a resident of a state, or can he be from DC?
