Until new elections. It would be VP if he had to leave office due to illness, death, etc. But being ineligible makes the election fraudulent.

That is a not so easy to answer question. If it is before the electors meet, they could vote for just about anyone, or could stick with the names on the ballots. If after the electors meet, then Congress simply votes up or down on whether they are legal.
If Congress boots him, fat chance, House picks the president (one vote per state) and Senate the VP.

Certainly our Founding Fathers believed future generations of American Citizens would not be so dumb or corrupt to allow this circumstance. We have just proved we are not worthy of their confidence.
No. Obama was not elected on election day; various slates of Democratic-party electors were. If Obama were to be ruled ineligible before the electoral college votes, the Democratic National Committee would choose a new nominee and the electors would presumably elect him or her.
I was looking for “chapter and verse” in the US Constitution, but didn’t find it. I’ve seen it before, though.
All of the electors to the electoral college would still be seated. They would simply be stayed from casting a ballot for Obama. They could put Hillary in office if they so decided.

they think its false hope. He is a senator it’s not like they dont do background checks. They do have securoty clearance they already know it’s unfortunately valid. He is a citizen.
