So McCain was for the bailout before he was against it?

Is he for it now?

That was more than two decades ago, and during an era when the press still claimed to be objective.

that was also before fox news, conservative talk radio and the internet.

Moral of the story - don't betray your conservative instincts.

McCain has never had any conservative instincts. Never.

Claiming you would never sign a pork laden bill and then signing one was his first mistake. Gov Palin tried but she couldn’t overcome McDole.

I think had John McCain suspended his campaign and returned to Washington to announce his opposition to the bailout, we would be looking forward to his inauguration in January.

And if he had also promised to make those who are responsible for the fannie mae and freddy mac failure, pay for their crimes against America. Instead, now we have these very same people in control of everything, and living very large.

Sarah found out early that the promise of letting her speak her mind was a false promise.

Did you ever hear Palin endorse or support the bailout?

Yes! Multiple times.
