Prayers for you, your mother and family. My own mother is 88 and relatively healthy, for which I’m thankful.

Holy God,

We know that You are the One, True God, and You are full of compassion and loving kindness. Your child, raybbr, is in need of Your peace and Your blessed assurance that You are in control. We ask You, Father, to rescue raybbr's mother from these infirmities and to lay Your healing hand upon her. Restore her strength and renew her spirit. Lord, we know that the doctors need Your wisdom to determine the best course of treatment for her. Please guide them and give comfort to raybbr's mother as she waits for Your plans to unfold. We trust in You to take care of this family in ways far more wonderful than we can imagine or think. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Freepers pray like no one else. They prayed for my dad when he had open heart surgery. I am so blessed that now I can pray for your Mom. Not blessed that she’s ill, just blessed that Our God Reigns, and that he allows us the privilege of petition. Prayers up.
PS... when my dad had his surgery his doc told us that open heart surgery is almost considered minor in that it is so common and so successful. Have hope!
