The Obama "conspiracy theory" is reaching new heights beyond anyone's comprehension...or at least the comprehension of those that voted for this dynamic man. Dynamic in the sense that our Supreme Court on December 5th, will either put this all to rest and the voters will continue to believe in their messiah, or it will turn this country upside down. With many lawsuits backing-up and Justice Clarence Thomas now coming forth to unravel the dynamics of this conspiracy, our constitution is in crisis, but this is also an opportunity for the "World President" Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetero, Dunham or whatever his name is to forge ahead with his quote unquote, "International Order" which means "The New World Order."

 

But that's just ridiculous thinking and there's no way our government would allow a non-citizen to scam his way into the presidency?? And of course Bill Clinton "did not have sex with that woman," or George H. Bush didn't mean that "read my lips...no new taxes" was just a slip of the tongue, and Nixon was truthful when he said that he was "not a crook." Every president has lied and this president-elect may be slicker than willy himself, or more than any president we have ever had.

 

Simple enough for president-elect Obama to put this all to rest himself, is to provide his college records, medical records and the super secret vault birth certificate that is being kept under seal of being (possibly), the biggest embarrassment of this country's history and a major let-down to the African/American community that deserve a president, much like the charisma that Obama displays. Should he get a "free pass" if he is lying? In my opinion...this whole Obama conspiracy cannot be contained by both the corporate media and both the republican and democratic parties, and like most conspiracies....the "powers at be" will just get to the point with the American people and say, "so what!! What are you going to do about it??"

Obama should produce a birth certificate, but there is zero concrete, positive evidence he was born outside of US.

OTOH, aren't a lot of his records inaccessible as well. Have we seen his tax records even? I know a lot of other documentation has not been made available.

My understanding is that he’d only have lost his US citizenship if he’d gone into something like a US embassy in Indonesia and denounced it there. Simply whispering allegiance into the ear of another non-enemy country is not enough to be stripped of US citizenship rights.

A detroit radio station called the Kenyan embassy after the election of Obama. After a a few minutes they get through to the ambassador of Kenya.

The ambassador of Kenya says that obama was born in Kenya and that his birth place has become a national shrine.

The quote is around 12:35, so if you don’t have time to listen to the whole thing, you can jump ahead.
The transcript reads:

Radio Jockey: President elect Obama's birth place over in Kenya -- is that going to be a national spot where he was born

Radio Jockey:But his birth place...they'll put up a marker there

Ambassdor Peter Ogego: It would depend on the government. Its already well known.

Here is an abridged Utube version of the the radio interview. So you can hear just the relevant parts.

It can be reasonably pointed out that the DJ was trying to entrap the Ambassador and that the Ambassador fell into his trap.
However, if you listen to the long version of the radio interview --you’ll notice he used the same strategy on two different occasions and the ambassador gently brushed him off.

First, he tried to force the ambassador to sing the Kenyan national anthem. The ambassador referred him to the kenyan website.

Second he tried to push the ambassador into saying something about maybe Kenya becoming the 51st state. Again the ambassador said that Kenya was a sovereign country. ie No.

He used the same technique on the question of Obama’s birth place. This time the ambassador said yes.

Because the ambassador answered no in the two previous examples -- you can't say that the ambassdor was either a fool or ill advised.

Finally, you might ask well doesn't he know that saying Obama is born in Kenya would make trouble for Obama? The answer there is why should he be concerned? He has heard no suggestion in the mainstream media that there might be a problem there. So to say what is already well known--as he says--would be no problem.

Peter Ogego To verify that the voice on the radio is Ambassador Ogego-- compare the radio voice with the DJ to the voice on the Utube that goes with Ambassador Ogego. Ambassador Peter Ogego is introduced a bit after minute 18..

They are the same.


Subsequently, the Kenyan ambassador said that he meant Obama's father was born in Kenya. However, when pressed about Obama's birth place:

"I don't know," he said with a tone of irritation. "You should ask your government. I know his father is Kenyan."

However, that's not what the original transcript suggests. Further, here is a video of Obama's grandmother saying that Obama is born in Kenya


The Arnold would have run for president long ago and likely won if he were a "natural born" american. He's not. He's naturalized. So he can't run. And he knows it. (though there were some trial balloons sent up a couple years back about changing the law--that went nowhere.)

Like the Arnold, Obama looks to be a naturalized citizen--but maybe he's not even that.

He produced his tax records during the primary, after Hillary provided hers, and then challenged him to do the same.

In the 6 years prior to running for office he gave 1% in donations (give or take 1/10th of %)

It wasn't until the last 2 years when he was running for POTUS, and that he made big money from his books, that he gave about 4% and 6%.

Nah. I have a little more confidence in Justices Alito, Scalia, Thomas, Chief Justice Roberts and Leo Donofrio.

The Legislative and Executive (to be) Branches are abusing the electorate and citizenry on this issue. Our only recourse is the Judical Branch to stop the abuse.

The Framers of the Constitution were very concerned about someone like Obama with possible divided loyalties, etc. If Leo gets his day in court he will argue that passionately. Follow what the Framers wrote in the Constitution or it is meaningless.

Please, if you know any Black people show them pictures of Obama, Davis, and Malcolm and ask them if they see any special resemblance.

Or if that's too risky, show your African-American friend pictures of randomly selected Whites and ask them if they notice any family resemblances. You might be surprised.

What you describe as “not happening” is correct but that is because it does not fit the constitutional mechanism designed to handle such a case.

No matter what Joe Biden is elected VP and will be comfirmed as such. If Zero is found ineligible then Biden becomes Acting President until an eligible candidate is certified for the Presidency. That candidate can only come from the top three receivers of electoral votes: McCain, MCcain and Mccain. I’m rooting for McCain. Then we have a McCain-Biden administration which should piss off just about the entire nation.

I file that kind of story in the “completely unproven” folder until there’s more evidence. But I don’t just throw it away. All I said is that he certainly looks more like Malcolm X than Obama Sr. or Frank Marshall Davis, although Davis also looks likelier than Obama Sr.

But in any case it must be said that Obama does NOT look much like Obama, Sr. For one thing, if you look at a photo of him on the beach in Hawaii in a bathing suit, he is very nearly white, with darker hands and face like someone with a deep tan, maybe even a tanning machine. Yes, it’s theoretically possible to be the child of a white person and a very dark African and be as white as Obama is, but it’s not terribly likely. You are talking about a number of dominant and recessive genes.

Stanley Ann appears to have been a student at the University of Washington at about the time obama was conceived, and the family moved to Hawaii later. That doesn’t mean anything either, until more investigation is done (was she actually in Seattle at the time she was registered there?) but it’s another minor straw in the wind.

In any case, it’s less significant than the issue of the missing birth certificate. That’s the issue that matters. Is he a natural born citizen?

The Constitution is pretty much tissue paper to just about all who serve in Washington, DC, these days. As no God fearing man is even close to the city. The remaining polcats drag it out when is seems consistent with what they want, and decry a decrepit old document when not. Forget about the SCOTUS (clearly the most cowardly branch of government) deciding to impede the march to total socialism or Nazism under an illegitimate executive because the Constitution has some stinking phrase about “natural born”.

That's true. You're also talking about a whole variety of pictures of Obama that don't necessarily show the same thing.

A picture of him in the same pose that Malcolm X was photographed in gets people thinking, but it's just one picture. A photo of Obama on the beach on a sunny day will be several shades lighter than a picture of him taken indoors.

But what stands out for me is that the shape of his head is more like that of an East or South African than of a West African, and most American Blacks are of West African ancestry.

So it looks more likely to me that he'd be the son of a Kenyan, than of an African-American. I don't see much of a resemblance between father and son, but you may find similarities if you look further in the family, recessive traits that would be more common in East Africans than in African-Americans.

Whether Obama is or isn't Obama Sr.'s son, I don't think experts would make much of the Davis or Malcolm X theories.

True, but I suspect what will come out of all of this is that his parents weren't married when he was born, or maybe even that his father wasn't his real birth father, not that he was born in Kenya.

I do not know Leo. I am a big fan because Leo is trying to expose a huge fraud, stand up for Americans, protect the Constitution and he is encouraging us to take the power back from the corrupt political parties. The GOP is better than the DNC but not much when they stuck us with a RINO for the election. Obama lied but on taxes he sounded more Reagan than McCain. Oh and thanks for McCain-Feingold. I am no fan of the McCain, Charlie Crist, Mel Martinez, Arlen Specter, Lindsay Graham amnesty wing of the party.

Leo’s guts compares to a few keyboard commando defeatist whiners here who say “nothing is gonna be done.” Leo is one man standing up for America and fortunately more patriots have come out of the woodwork like Cort.

Leo is like a citizen’s version of Justice Scalia. They realize the importance and the genius of the Constitution. Some of the jackasses saying “nothing will be done” should listen to Leo’s archived shows on Plains Radio. The guy is freaking inspiring.

Maybe I am naive but I think Scalia, Thomas, Alito, Roberts and hopefully Kennedy “get it” about the Constitution and the recent fraud that has occurred.

Leo has a lot of ba*ls to stand up to the OBot thugs. He has talked about how the citizens need to take the country back from the DNC and GOP. He is right. He is saying the things conservative talks show hosts should be saying.

I have listened to Leo on Plains Radio, I think, every time he has been on the show. The guy cares and has a real passion for The Constitution. He “gets it” plus he has stuck his neck out when many have engaged in cowardice including our conservative talk show “heroes.” I have no communication with Leo. BTW - I heard on Plains Radio that Cort from CT was either a poster or lurker on FR. He is another good guy.

The people at Plains are one of a few that are taking any chances on the radio. Lan Lanphere was also but he is a nitwit who had Berg on then bashed him. Had Leo on then bashed him. Lan is an ass.

As far as being a newbie - I gave plenty of money to try to help get RINO McCain elected. Mainly as a vote against O. As Reagan once said “I paid for this microphone.”

My choices would have been:
1. Tancredo or Fred or Duncan Hunter
2. Romney
3. Rudy
4. Huck
5. Paul (probably a lot higher if he had a chance)
6. Kucinich
7. McCain

The death threat stuff was on Ed Hale’s blog on Plains Radio. Ed is a good guy, from what I can tell, but he seems to get a bit “worked up.” He claimed he had talked to a NC Congresswoman. Leo said he was fine but Ed semes to almost tell a few tall tales. I quite sure I provided a link to Plains Radio’s web site when I posted the message.

All they have to do is force the issue and ensure that NObama is a natural born citizen; and approved by a neutral party of observers.
Until then, I only believe Grandma Sarah that NObama was born in Kenya.
