Early on in his campaign, Obama put the white grandmother OFF LIMITS to the press. Completely.
Of course, the press respected that.
I am talking about the legality of becoming President. As far as a home owners association I suggest that falls under different jurisdiction.
And those commercials for Southwest Airlines and cell phones didn’t fool anyone, either.

Impeachment. Or rebellion.
Trust me, this issue is not going away. Every day that Obama delays makes him look guiltier of hiding something, and grows the speculation and interest.
This thing will become a national movement to impeach him or rebel, if he stonewalls even after becoming President. The longer he thumbs his nose at half of the electorate, the more we're convinced that he is, in fact, illegitimate. He will suffer a far worse fate than George Bush at the hands of angry patriots, if he does not end this.
Arguments? What arguments?
Mostly all I see are comments along the lines of, "it's over", "forget it", "he won", get over it", "concentrate on 2012", ad infinitum...
Sometimes I wish they actually would present a real argument, but that's not their purpose here. These folks just want us to quiet down and go back to losing elections. Oh, and don't pay any attention to that man behind the curtain!
As a Kenyan, Obama’s father (if he was his father) may have been a British citizen/subject. In which case, British law said that a child born anywhere in the world to a British subject was British.
So if Obama was a Brit by descent from his father (somewhere it is claimed that Obama said in his book he was a citizen of Kenya for some years-—how did he end that citizenship, if so?), does that affect his status as a “natural born citizen”? IOW, not only was his father not an American, his father’s country affirmatively made his child a Brit.
Huh?
There’s enough here for the SCOTUS to weigh in on. Especially given that NO ONE has either the responsibility or competence to vouchsafe this constitutional requirement otherwise.

If they divulged information on an actual PATIENT, they could get in trouble. But if they say that they can't find anything on 0bama (since he wasn't born there) he was never a patient and is not protected under the doctor/patient privilege.

I've speculated that part of the reason that Obama is stalling, is because of the immensity of the task involved, with not only forging a perfect circa 1961 birth certificate, but also "fixing" all of the related wayback records and files throughout the system, in Hawaii, and on the mainland. That includes forging the sigs of real people such as the attending physician and witnesses (living or dead).
Of course, this is highly speculative on my part, but there just is NO observable benefit for Obama at this point, in dragging this on any longer. There is no upside, only damage for him in this.
So - given all of the damage he's incurring, why would he continue to stall? Answer: there is a hidden benefit for him in doing so. The lying communist would have produced a real bc by now to stop the damage, if he had the ability to do so.
And so they well might. That is a "get out of jail", meaningless statement. Just because his Birth Certificate is legal and correct in the eyes of the State it means NOTHING in terms of his eligibility to run for President!!!
When will you people understand that??
NO ONE - ABSOLUTELY NO ONE - has stated that he was born in Hawaii, and Hawaii allowed for foreign born babies to be registered there, so his "legal and correct" birth certificate could prove him to NOT be a "natural born citizen".
And if anyone did reveal the content, without 0bama's permission, they could be prosecuted for a privacy violation.
The State can't reveal it, the officials can't reveal it, only 0bama can reveal the content of his long form certificate.
Maybe the Courts will demand it, but don't hold your breath...just keep up the pressure.
And that is a sad commentary on the state of our leadership. You don't need to be a genius to look at the fundamental aspects of this issue and conclude that Obama should present his qualifying document to the nation. That our so-called leadership is too afraid, or too uninformed to actually give this historic issue the attention it deserves, is a travesty.
