Amazing how we seem to find plenty of money for luxuries
like planting cherry laurels, crepe myrtles, and juniper
bushes at all of the interchanges.
Until such time as a mainstream media reporter asks him point-blank, “Will you or will you not authorized HA to release your original birth certificate?”, this important issue will die on the vine.
I can’t explain why the reluctance to ask a simple question.
It’s been 35+ years since I read a case in law school on “legal standing”, but I believe any plaintiff would have to be a citizen. Unfortunately, Free Republic is not a citizen.
The one thing tha bothers me is I don’t understand why ordinary citizens alledgedly do not have standing to file suit. Is this bs or not? Where is it written that we don’t?
At least Rush hasn’t mocked us. I would be heart broken if he did, although I suspect he wouldn’t do such a thing.
I can answer that, in re Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin too — there is another factor. Intelligence and learning. Those asking that Obama, or even McCain, be verified in this basic constitutional requirement are more intelligent and learned that average. Far more learned, and much more intelligent. That is why neither Rush nor Levin have been mocking on this issue. Those two, in the pundit class, stand at a level above so many.

Its socialistic thinking, invest not in technology to move the mountain but use the mass of the people instead, besides its cheaper to pay wages to a million people than to buy a fleet of million dollar machines.

His plan for all it can be is nothing but minimum wages of casual labor, it apparently involves little or none pre-job training except hands on which in the future quest of career advancement usually benefits few unless its manual labor.

Sarah Palin never said investigators should not look into the birth of her baby nor did she spend a single dime in trying to protect some form of privacy in the matter and I am sure that the wolves that desended on Alaska did exactly that. Most likely not convinced until they actually saw a photo of Governor palin’s belly bump.
Bush and Cheney never spent a nickle trying to protect some form of privacy that could implicate them in 911 or a whole host of conspiracies.
Only one person is Spending CASH, Moolah, Coin and in these hard times that shows an abject disrespect to the starving masses that could have received a meal from those millions spent in hiding, keeping private, not responding to a simple request for a document that legitimizes you to the tens of Thousands that require it.
Exactly, the banks and investment companies are taking the employment hit so what does he do? Mass construction....

There are 7 plaintiffs in this case and they include Vice Presidential candidate for Ron Paul, on the ballot in CA, Ms Gail Lightfoot, 4 electors and two registered voters... A number of plaintiffs in this action are veterans and former servicemen

A mass paving project is not even the focus. That is just political speak to show that he will dump more monies in through the DOT. The DOT is being tapped like a freaking piggy bank to build Transit Villages. Do a google on your town, county or state with transit village and see if there a projects slated for your area. This are like massive, self containing developments. Clean Air Act stuff.

I don't think she "missed" it. I think she is being deliberate. I don't know why on earth she would lump barry's BC in with Palin, unless of course, she is deliberately trying to insult us.

This one is like the "he travelled to Pakistan when Americans were forbidden" one. It's absolutely not true that Americans were EVER forbidden to travel to Pakistan, at least not in the years relevant to the Obama story, yet it goes on and on.
There is a difference, a big one, between "evidence" in a court and evidence at the Committee of Public Safety in the French revolution.
Maybe we'll get there, but we're not there yet.
