Interesting. Imagine if the MSM that is so giddy reporting the DENIAL this morning, they then HAVE to report further if it was just the STAY that was denied.

The Obama birth certificate was a defeated cause from the beginning because it lacks the "beyond any reasonable doubt" proof that the man is not a natural born citizen. It has consumed a lot of energy, time, and bandwidth on this forum but the results were known from the beginning, i.e. this was going nowhere.

The Hawaiian state authorities had NOTHING to do with this case as this case wasn’t about his BC.
Read up on the issues, then attempt to make broad incorrect statements.

There is some question as to whether Leo’s case is FULLY denied, or if just his “application for stay” is denied. Does anyone know and can clear this question up??
I do not understand if one part of a case can be denied and not the rest, but right now I am assuming that his case has been denied.

I think that it’s not listed under “Cert Denied” because it was an application, which Donofrio requested to be treated as a Writ Petition. If they denied the application, that means that they denied his request to treat it as a cert.
As for the “pending cases” designation, I think that the application was treated as a “pending case” - differently from the writ petitions.
Again, Donofrio didn’t file a writ petition. He filed an application and thereafter requested that it be treated as a writ petition.

Let's be fair. The Republican Hawaii governor, Lingle, didn't "seal" the document or do anything extraordinary to conceal it from the public, in spite of how it was characterized by Sir Goofball, Andy Martin, and others.
She, or any other state official, would have been in violation of their own state laws and oaths of office, if they had released the document to anyone but the individual (Obama, or through an order of a court having proper jurisdiction.
I have to admit there was still some small part of me that believed truth would conquer lies, good would conquer evil, right would conquer wrong. I know... I know, I should have forgotten all those silly ideas when more than half our country voted for Obama, but there you go.

"Judicial Review" does not replace WE THE PEOPLE's responsibility follow the constitution. If the majority of the electorate pisses on the Constitution then all bets are off.
