Wearing black has become traditional for me. Now the Democrats have accomplished their ultimate Coupe D Etat without one shot fired.

We have a Kenyan who will soon be in the White House. The Constitution is once again gutted.

The Justices failed their ultimate test. All that was asked for Obama to show his Certificate of Live Birth. How tough can that be?

Now, I understand how the South felt when they believed they had no other alternative.

Of course! Don't let a little thing like America wants to know according to the constitution stand in your way of upholding it. I guess we can call them SCROTUM now instead of SCOTUS.

Remember the thread yesterday???

For all intents and purposes, the ball is now in our court...Pardon the pun...

Think of it this way...It may be a better challenge, and more character building to battle Obama and his minions over the next 4 years by letting this issue go, even though I would love to see him toosed because of this issue, but I believe consentrating on this is distracting us from other issues that may be more damaging to us than someone who has broken this particular condition (qualification)...

If there are more challenges to this issue, then I hope they fare better...

Bye bye Miss American Pie.

So the Supremos do not follow the constitution. Big surprise. Guys in robes have been the problem all along since the last King George...

What if a young Vladimir Putin went to school in Hawaii and had a kid named Obama by some sweet young Kansas girl? Can still be President? Just because the daddy in this case was from a harmless, foolish part of the world doesn’t change the fact he’s a foreigner with no US standing.

Patriots - Make History And Earn A Living! By Devvy Kidd

“Our Republic and its press (media) will rise or fall together. An able, disinterested, public-spirited press (media), with trained intelligence to know the right thing to do and the courage to do it, can preserve the public virtue, without which popular government is a sham and a mockery. A cynical, mercenary, demagogic press (media) will produce, in time, a people as base (rotten) as itself. The power to mould the future of the Republic will be in the hands of the journalism of future generations.” Joseph Pulitzer, American newspaper publisher.

How many newspapers today will cover the constitutional issue of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Obama, aka Barack Dunham, aka Barry Dunham, regarding his eligibility to serve as president of these United States of America? A couple of newspapers east of the Mississippi have done so over the past week, but they did it kicking and screaming all the way. However, they have all slanted the coverage to portray it as being a negative issue, instead of the issue being of paramount importance: Does the U.S. Constitution matter anymore?

Was Malcolm the Tenth alive when Osambo was conceived? Did he ever vacation in Hawaii? I hear it’s a decent vacation spot.

I’m not surprised. Since when has any branch of our government upheld the Constitution? Not for many, many years.

We should print up T-shirts, bumperstickers, what-have-you with a catchy slogan e.g. “Don’t you DARE ask ME for MY birth certificate” or some such. Also print up little round stickers with something more abbreviated (like “FU”) to put on any form that asks US for a vault copy of our BC. There are opportunities here for entrepreneurs, plus we make our displeasure known.

This case had no chance..... basically Donofrio is claiming that the laws of a foreign nation (Britain considered him a citizen at birth) precludes an American citizen from becoming president. U.S. law puts no weight whatsoever on foreign country's laws. If that were the case, Iran could pass a law tomorrow that all U.S. citizens of Iran, disqualifying anyone..so unless you are of the opinion that foreign laws apply to U.S. citizens this case is folly.....maybe the Iranians will also require each of us to pay income taxes

Why is it "too bad" that the suit was rejected? It's nothing but a bunch of nonsense. Don't believe me? Then read Michelle Malkin. She calls it "right wing trutherism" Please. Read her column on the subject
