Posted on 12/28/2008 2:33:25 PM PST by BAW
Caroline Kennedy audio from media interviews. Audio counts the number of times she says, "Ya Know."
Of course the media will ignore this. Ya betcha!
Caroline may be a Kennedy, but she didn’t inherit her Dad’s intelligence that’s for sure. So let me get this straight libs in the press, Caroline “Like ya know” Kennedy is a genius but Sarah Palin who actually WORKS, is a governor of one of our largest states, no need for a bailout in Alaska, is a moron, Ok libs, now tell me that with a straight face
The video starts out labeling her as a “possible Senate candidate”.
But that implies that she’s going to RUN for the office in an ELECTION.
what is her legal name?
Baroness Cruela Von Schlossberg or something like that.
That Schlosser guy - or whatever his name is - ya know, didn’t marry her for her looks, ya know, or her body - that’s obvious, ya know, and now its equally obvious, ya know, that he didn’t marry her, ya know, for her brains.
Or maybe she is speaking, ya know, in some white equivalent of “Ebonics” peculiar, ya know, to liberal New Yorkers, ya know, who aren’t particularly bright themselves, ya know.
She makes Brittney Spears sound scholarly.
There is more “ya’ know’s” in her speak than Hitlery Clinton’s speak.
Her legal name is Caroline Bouvier Kennedy. She did not take Schlossberg as her surname when she married.
I did a seminar once where I had to do openning an closing statements and everytime I said “you know” or even if I said “and” the audience members slammed their hands on the their tables. It was videotaped and then I had to watch it with a trainer. Very painful. I couldn’t wait to throw away that video tape.
Ya know, I think Caroline is just emulating the “smartest woman in the world” ... she whose seat Caroline feels a certain entitlement to, and who also gave voice to many “ya know”s whilst speaking extemporaneously.
Is she a hyphenated one?
You know BEEEEEP.
Toastmasters has the “Uh counter.” I don’t recall if “You know” counts too but after doing Toastmasters for awhile 1) You’ll never say “uh” again in a public forum, and 2) every time somebody else does, or says something like “uh” (you know?) you’ll catch it.
She probably has a better than average I.Q.
Caroline, Dame of Camelot, Spawn of Jack, Whelp of Jackie, Sibling de John, Blood to Bobby, Niece to Ted, Stain of Joe, Fitzgerald Bouvier Kennedy Schlossberg.
Really, tho..........who gives a rats rump.
“Ya’ know” IS the worst.
I’m not too crazy about Glenn Beck saying “but ya’ know what?” every two minutes, either.
Rich and well connected people do not require higher than an average I.Q. to get into law school. That requirement is waived in lieu of a generous endowment.
As for the books, anyone with the money to hire a ghostwriter can write a book.
Ya' know, it could be important but I don't recall.
I think her name helped her into and through law school. Wonder what her class rank was? Law review? Or not...
She wrote children’s books. And anthologies of other written works.
Yeah but he knew how to speak to the American people, you felt confident when you heard him talk, with Caroline, she sounds like she didn’t pass the 5th grade
From Joe to Jack to Caroline. As Oliver Wendell Holmes opined, three generations of imbeciles is enough.
“what is her legal name?”
“her last name, which by the way used to be Schlossberg until last summer”
...and proved once and for all time the truth of the adage that "talk is cheap."
Not hyphenated. She does not use “Schlossberg” at all in her name.
She does not hyphenate the names of her children, either. Their last name is Schlossberg, but all 3 have Kennedy as a middle name: Rose Kennedy Schlossberg, Tatiana Celia Kennedy Schlossberg, and John “Jack” Bouvier Kennedy Schlossberg.
“What is her legal name?”
Ms. Kennedys name, and remember that, until recently, Ms. Kennedy was, per the Times, not Ms. Kennedy at all, but Ms. Schlossbergthe married name by which, for the past twenty-odd years, the media have generally designated the princess of Camelot.
JFK was no genius.
I think a lot of people find fault with others who have a famous name and lots of $$$.
Making judgements about people you don't even know is really--you know--costs nothing and requires nothing.
When you have Kennedy money and fame, a law degree is a given, This woman sounds dumber than a box of rocks. Or....maybe it is the drugs.
She wants a pity legacy position.
She is proof that talent can skip a generation.
poor little rich girl.
my 8 year old granddaughter has a better command of the english language than the wanna be Senator from New York. who wrote those books?....no way this woman, ya know!
“even if I said and the audience members slammed their hands on the their tables”
“Ladies and gentlemen”...WHUMP!!;)
Yep, a true liberal at heart with the mucking up of even names.
At least the kids know who they are....I assume.
O.K. Where did Teddy get a law degree?
I feel sorry for those kids - being saddled with those monikers!
The University of Virginia.....aka the largest country club on the East Coast...
for later entertainment.
I can think you make snap judgements about people you don't know based on opinion, not facts.
Bottom line is---I don't give a flip who is appointed senator to replace Hillary because it will probably just be more of the same regardless of who get the nod. Of course, that is just my opinion based on no information from the NY gov.
Algore couldn't buy a degree from Vanderbilt.
She didn’t, you know, inherit her Dad’s wit or charm, nor, you know, her Mom’s elegance and style, not to mention, you know, good looks.
She bears a strong resemblance to her Aunt, you know, Jackie’s sister, Princess Lee Radziwill.
She has always been known in NY as “Caroline Schlossberg” , you know, no Kennedy ever used in her name.
In case you didn’t know, you know she said “you know” 200 times in her interview, with, you know, Dominic Carter, you know, the interviewer from NY1.
Gee, perhaps your point is that the MSM promotes agenda trusting that most will fall for it with a mindset of "the MSM knows all" and us sheeple will accept their drivel without question? ; )
Good thing she’s not Canadian, or it would be “you know, eh”. That would be hard to take. :-))
My “judgement” is based on her interviews, what she says and how she says it. I don’t know her personally.
I don’t know Obama either, or Bill Clinton, or Hillary Clinton, or Al Gore, or John Kerry, etc either but I think I can have opinions about them in spite of that fact.
It seems she knew she had a good thing from the beginning. She probably kept her maiden name because she knew it would benefit her to have the name recognition later in life.
My guess is that you have heard much more from all those people over the years and have a total of less than 30 minutes of Caroline interviews.
Interestingly, one book she wrote several years ago was "The Right to Privacy" and she has been a private person. I'm surprised she would even want to get involved in politics---she hasn't made a habit of voting or contributing to political campaigns. I'm wondering if she has been pressured by family members to get involved.
BTW, none of the Kennedys have been known for their brain power.
