Last night Ed Hale presented the (heretofore, unseen) divorce decree on Plains Radio between Obama's mother and Obama Sr ( her FIRST marriage).
The key bonus in this was the revelation of the specific version of her name in the decree, Stanley Ann D. Obama.
Using this precise name variation ( the abbreviated, initial "D" --instead of 'Dunham', was the cipher that broke open the search), they are claiming to have now located a POE (Port of Entry ) document that Obama's mother provided when she returned to the US with her son--soon after Obama's birth, (allegedly in Kenya).
The POE allegedly includes Obama's birth information/certificate ( British Kenya) as required for entry. Stay tuned for events...see other comments below. -------------------------------------------------- DesertVet Newbie

No secret I've been highly skeptical on this whole ordeal. I'm now beginning to think this could very well lead the way to the smoking gun. Until this document she has only been known as "Dunham", no where in public records has Obama's Mothers name read as it does on this divorce decree. I believe the "D" being abreviated has allowed them to locate her records. This has led them to a "port of entry" birth certificate for Barack Obama. She submitted this POE certificate when she came back to the US, and the fact that there is a POE Certificate...proves that he was indeed born out of the country.
This would mean that Obama has never been through Immigration & Naturalization Services in his life, he became a citizen of Indonesia, and never applied for a U.S. passport. If this is the case, then he's not even a citizen, let alone a natural born citizen.
I'm not 100% certain on my assertion of above take on this document issue, but I think it is HIGHLY plausible. I'm still not ready to dance in the streets by any means yet (Yeah, I'm a tough sell). But I am quite intriguied at the moment. Couldn't say that earlier today.

The most conspicuous ‘real world reason” is the elephant in the middle of the room that you refuse to look at.
The fact that Obama operatives have stonewalled —to the tune of large sums of money, people, resources and gyrations—the release of his “birth certificate”.
This is not arbitrary.
It is UNREASONABLE for any REASONABLE person to stonewall the release of their birth certificate unless they have something to hide.
Which is the originating event that has spawned all of this.
It is your choice to remain stubbornly myopic in the face of such illogic, but aim your fire elsewhere while we investigate to try and make some sense of this.

You're dismissing any influence that her husband may have held over the possible decision to travel to Kenya. One glaring fact is that Obama's mother traveled A LOT!
You mention the word evidence... isn't that the whole reason why there have been literally thousands upon thousands of posts, and thousands upon thousands of hours devoted to uncovering evidence about Obama? In fact, there's damn little evidence available; thus the research continues indefinitely.
Nor do you have that basic knowledge. You can live in any fantasy world you choose to live in, and your youtube does not at all prove what you claim. The term "natural born citizen" does not seem to have been precisely defined by any US court review of its constitutional meaning.
So what if the Senate passed a resolution declaring McCain to be a natural born citizen. That resolution might have ended the questioning in 2008, but Senate resolutions do not settle constitutional questions. They're not even laws. That is given in the youtube as proof of the meaning of the term, Lol.
The reality is probably that this question has rarely come up, and the term has not been precisely defined, like many other general terms in the U. S. Constitution.
There are constant questions about second amendment rights before that courts all these years later, because their meanings are not precisely stated in the constitution.
Unless you can show where federal court decisions have precisely defined "natural born citizen", you're just blowing smoke.
We probably agree on the importance of the questions surrounding Obama, but I do not believe that this critical term has precisely defined and affirmed in the federal courts. And if not, it's not settled law. And like any constitutional question, it can be argued from more than one interpretation.
Aren't there a couple of electoral votes for some other person who is also eligible to be one of the three? McCain has the same problem Obama has--he is foreign born; citizen of Panama at birth.

No one said she was a minor at the time of his birth. She would have had to been at LEAST 19 to transfer natural born citizenship to him. That is not a minor.

We have had this discussion a few times also. You get from Africa to the US on BOAC (British Overseas Airlines); you go to either New York City or Vancouver BC and connect--usually, the Vancouver BC connection is through Seattle.
You can also speculate that the connect on which he is tripped up by this issue is the return from Indonesia which might have been any one of the West Coast POE's.
