Coulter, Harry Take Each Other On NEW YORK, Jan. 6, 2009(CBS) Ann Coulter says liberals should look in the mirror.
In her latest book, "Guilty: Liberal 'Victims' and Their Assault on America," the conservative firebrand stirs up controversy again, contending that liberals in America try to play victim when really, they're the bullies.
While she's at it, she points fingers at what she calls the liberal media.
"(The book is) basically about how victimhood is rewarded and everyone wants to be a victim," Coulter told CBS News. "It's about the rewards and praise you get for being a victim and the way liberals use victimhood and they oppress others."
At one point in "Guilty," Coulter remarks about an interview of Sen. Ted Kennedy by Early Show co-anchor Harry Smith in which Smith asks Kennedy if Barack Obama is at increased risk of being assassinated because he's African American. She dismisses the notion, saying presidential assassinations have been the work of left-wingers or people with no political leanings at all.

Harry Smith is an arrogant, condescending little snot (pardon my language). He thought he was going to control and “show up” Ann Coulter and he got his hat handed to him...typical Liberal.
He began by saying, "You want to be taken seriously, don't you?" and then went on to introduce her humor as "sophomoric"....NO HARRY Colbert and Letterman's humor is sophomoric...ANN IS BRILLIANT. Her command of the English language and facts is unmatched in America today.

I’ve read two or three of her books...”Treason” is the absolute best, in my opinion, so far.
I thought myself an excellent student of history, and Ann really gave me some good lessons in that book—something I didn’t think would happen.
And then, came the end of the segment, where he backed off and slumped back into his chair as if Ann put him in a well-deserved “TIME OUT.”
Our urgent priority is to find a Republican with the gonads to expose these scum during their hearings. There is and has been an extreme shortage of guts, spine, and gonads in our Party. Anyone have any ideas as to why that is??? Our country, our security, and our future are at stake and their doesn’t seem to be a Republican with the gonads to put America first. Reality is that we have no one in politics that is there for the country. Instead, these power-hungry, ego maniacs care more for themselves than our heritage and our future. Sickens me, how about you?? Corruption in politics is destroying all of us. If the American people want to preserve a future with freedom and prosperity, these corrupt politicians have to be exposed and thrown out of office. Apparently, it is up to us to organize and find a strong leader or we’re lost.
I only wish they had released the book on inauguration day.

The release timing of the book is perfect. By the time of the inauguration the book will grow legs as long as Ann's.

There was a recent article in the WSJ about how the French intellectuals and artists were terrible collaborators with Germany during WWII. What we have in this country are pseudo intellectuals, they are so busy trying to convince people how smart they are, and the whole victim culture perpetuates the myth of their intelligence.

And he still didn't ruffle Ann one bit, just laughed at him.
Yes I do and talking politics with them is like talking to the wall. I have given up on it.
