The caller said (paraphrasing) that mosques everywhere, even in smaller towns, send recruiters into jails to pray with and convert the prisoners, mainly blacks who comprise the majority. She said there's an "army" quietly being built up.

I've often wondered if something like that might be happening. It's also one of the reasons why I object to unlawful combatants being held in our jails. That would be a prime situation for indoctrination to occur. Inmates teach each other all sorts of stuff.
