I live near Chicago, and, last April, a conservative veteran, I know, said that he went to Washington, DC, with some other Illinois veterans, to try to meet all of the Illinois congressmen. When they went to Obama’s office, Obama was busy campaigning. His foreign policy legislative aide said, “If Obama becomes president, he won’t withdraw all troops from Iraq quickly. He’ll consider the advice of the majority of the generals and admirals.” Obama said that he would withdraw our troops because he knew that would help him win the election. Many liberals will be disappointed when we still have troops there, next month.

everything Obama has been doing has been to duplicate christ entering the city of jeruselem.
He arrived on a donkey to adoring crowds (the entry via traditional train)
He proceeds to the temple (see greek archetecture lincoln memorial)
He has his last supper with his family (works at homeless soup kitchen)
Tommorrow he will transcend mere mortal status and “rise” to the heavens of the white house. (IOW rise to heaven like christ)
A high school sophmore could figure the transparent attempt to duplicate this. I bet the black liberation theologists will be pushing the analogy on sunday.
The fact he is using abraham lincoln’s bible rather than his own family’s bible fits into they template too. Just trying to figure that one out.
