A rule quietly imposed by the Bush administration right before Barack Obama was elected president remains in place.
It requires immigration agents to get approval from higher-ups before arresting fugitives in cases where the arrest might generate what Homeland Security terms "negative media or congressional interest."
The department's directive was issued October 31st, hours before The Associated Press disclosed the illegal status of Obama's aunt from Kenya. Zeituni Onyango (zay-TUH'-nee awn-YAHN'-goh), was instructed to leave the country four years ago but never left. She spent time in Boston and is now reportedly living in Cleveland.
She's fighting deportation and was in Washington for Obama's inauguration last week.
The White House says it will not get involved, and Onyango's case will be handled like any other.
Bush did everything but actively recruit illegals to come to our country.
Deporting the aunt would set a bad precedent, because 0bama himself is also “undocumented.” His birth certificate and all other evidence of his past have gone down the memory hole.
How did she afford to travel to the inauguration?

When a local prosecutor's car was stolen, the press asked him whether this would be treated the same as any other car theft. His response was something like "This will be handled like any other case of someone stealing the prosecutor's car."
My mind has a hard time wrapping around the fact that justice is not as blind as it should be.
Why are illegal aliens treated with kid gloves? Illegal aliens receive lesser consequences that I would If I were caught going 75 in a 65 on the highway.

I am beginning to wonder if Stanley was really his mother. It may sound crazy but what else could be so embarrassing on his CoB?
Well, to be fair, it’s not like his mama raised him. She dumped him on her parents.
The BC could be amended. Say for instance he came back from Indonesia after being adopted by Lolo Soetoro. A amended BC can be done for adoption or change of name. The BC is just lined out and the new name added from what I read on the Hawaii records website.
If it is as simple as a change of name it means Obama lied on his license to practice law and he does not want to be disbarred for not placing other names he used. Plus he was a major druggie.
It's possible Stanley Ann was not born in the US and that is on the BC.
Maybe pure and simple Obama was adopted like you mentioned. So he could have been born here but he wants to hide the fact he is adopted because maybe the parents had a nefarious background.
Or the one I think it is, he was born in Kenya and brought back to the states almost immediately. The mom then got a certificate of late birth which is not citizenship. But the family paid no attention to that never thinking it would be a problem later. Then combine that with the Lolo Soetoro adoption and Obama would have two issues to fight as to being natural born.
Whatever reason it would have stopped Obama from being elected and he knows it. Now he will just be blackmailed with it by those who know until he is forced to acknowledge who he truly is to everyone. Maybe when Russia refuses talks with a usurper we will see some action from the coward.
There is absolutely no reason to show documents that have been requested unless he is hiding something. Someone already cracked his social security number so it isn't that.
Doesn’t the President take an oath to uphold the laws of this country?
If he knowingly allows a fugitive to run loose, then he is NOT upholding his oath of office. That’s plain and simple.
Why aren’t we all screaming bloody murder about this and every one of his lawless acts?
I intend to send an email to my congresscritters asking them to look into the matter.
