Above is a partial listing of ALL court cases against Obama going back nearly 16 years (some aren't BHO, but most are).

With hundreds of court actions (not including those against Soetoro) going back to 1993, it's easy to understand why Obama has placed so many lawyers on the White House payroll. Obama has quite a "history" and is quite accustom to having lawsuits filed against him.

Many of the above cases are tied to Obama's Natural Born Citizen status.

Despite predictions by supporters, Obama has not jumped up in a surprise "AH-HA" moment, waiving around a true "CertificATE of Live Birth" pulled out of his back pocket. The fact that he could end this by showing the American people a $10 "CertificATE of Live Birth", to once and for all put this issue to rest, defies logic and reason. The fact he and his attorneys still reference the bogus Fight the Smears "CertificaTION of Live Birth" speaks volumes.

I look in amazement at how our children are being placed under the yoke of Socialism, secessionist movements are growing stronger by the day, the Rule of Law is failing us before our very eyes, our military grows weaker with each executive decision... and the man behind it has freely admitted that at his birth his father was a subject of the United Kingdom.

I cannot for the life of me understand why Obama's NBC status, whether tied to the birth certificate issue or his admission regarding his father's UK citizenship, is NOT an issue for ALL Conservatives to DEMAND justice on ...

God bless you and all those who are continuing to pursue the truth on this matter. You are appreciated by many of us who drop by to read the latest. Many times the threads become hijacked by those who insist upon denying and destroying; however, bits and pieces of the truth continue to be brought to light each day. I believe that it is just a matter of time before the pieces start coming together to make a total picture of purposeful deception and treachery-—a web of deceit that is far beyond our imagination.

Then again, there are other Conservatives who think Obama NBC status doesn't matter, and they've been in that boat since Day 1. You seem to be forgetting, there are conservatives who simply don't believe in these birther claims.

The same grandmother, who says she was present when Obama was born in a Kenyan hospital, seems to think the American "gravy train" is about arrive in Kenya (reported Jan 18, 2009):

And the Kenyan Parliament sure seems to think they are getting more than just "bragging rights" with the new American President who is a "son of their soil" (Nov 5, 08).

Of course, I'm sure most of those Conservatives are well-versed with: Art. II, Sect. 1, Cl 5 of the US Constitution, Vattel’s definition of NBC , the Federalist Papers , Ch 87-98 of the Kenyan Constitution , and the issues surrounding Obama’s conflict of interest regarding his UK, Kenyan and possibly Indonesian citizenship under the Master Nationality Rule, and a whole slew of other laws governing this…

You can bet your bottom dollar that had McCain won the election, the Left would be challenging his NBC status (born in a civilian hospital on Panama [a land lease]) WITH GREAT VIGOR.

The first person or company prosecuted under any law Obama signs will have standing to demand Obama’s BC. It will happen. May take six months but it will happen and any case will be litigated the same way and they will all go to SCOTUS if he does not deliver. And if SCOTUS tries to punt then they will have ZERO credibility like O.
