Oh, for the love of all that’s Holy — put your robe on backwards, and you can still walk without tripping. How dumb are people.

Why is this better than a bathrobe, when inside, or a long coat, when outside? The utility of a draft up the back escapes me entirely.

The only person that I know of that purchased a snuggie just so happens to be an Obama supporter. Which led to my very-un-scientific theory...

It's hard to imagine anything more ridiculous looking than a snuggie - and I grew up in the 70’s during the disco era.

I got one for my hubby as a joke.
My girls love it. They put it on backwards and play “Princess” because of the long train behind them.

I tried it. It’s stupid.
Hubby put it on, he is tall enough that when he stands up, he doesn’t trip.

I kept saying “Thank you Obi-Wan Kenobi. You’re our only hope.”

Snuggie Pub Crawl coming By Vikki Ortiz | Tribune staff reporter 1:48 PM CST, February 13, 2009 Like many others who've seen commercials for the Snuggie--"the Blanket with Sleeves!"--on TV, David Barnes and Dan Kuthy were fascinated. The Chicago 20-something-olds chuckled at images of a man wearing the monk-like coverlet so he could more freely munch on popcorn, a woman being liberated by the Snuggie as she talked on a (cordless) phone, or – perhaps best of all – a family high-fiving while wearing the garments at an outdoor sporting event. And then Barnes and Kuthy decided to Snuggie one better. "We thought, imagine the vision of 1,000 people walking down Clark Street wearing Snuggies -- this is what we wanted to make happen," said Kuthy, a 23-year-old Lincoln Park resident and co-organizer of the Snuggie Pub Crawl planned for downtown Chicago on March 21.

Hey, I LOVE my snuggie! I moved from warm CA to cold WA, (to me, anyway, I know you NEsters have got real cold weather!)and it keeps me warm while I’m sitting and watching TV.

Now that sham-wow stuff, and the choppy and the graty, those commercials are just annoying! Vince keeps saying “we can’t do this all day” but those commercials are always on. Wazupwitdat?
