Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) is not out of the woods on one pending legal matter involving his presidential campaign.

A federal district court in Los Angeles over the weekend declined to dismiss singer Jackson Browne's lawsuit against the senator and the Republican National Committee for the unauthorized use of his song "Running On Empty" in a political Web video.

Browne, an outspoken liberal, sued McCain, the RNC and the Ohio Republican Party for copyright infringement last August after the state party used his famous song in an online video promoting McCain's presidential candidacy.

Although this gentleman prefers brunettes, Daryl Hannah has a goddess body.

All 5'10" of her. Keep your hands off; she's mine!

Just because he and the Eagles are bleeding hearts doesn’t mean they didn’t make great music in their time.

John Gacy was a pretty good carpenter... and I read he was good at drawing clowns... before he was executed for murdering at least 32 young boys.
If you consider abortion alone, Liberal thinking has caused more damage to humankind than even John Gacy.
Sometimes your present performance can overshadow your past.

The libs can have Jackson Browne. I’ll take Johnny Ramone and Ted Nugent any day.

Hate to say it BUT

I would take Jackson Browne’s music over Ted Nugent’s music more than I would take Nugent’s politics over Browne’s politics ...

LOL! Why would he get upset? It probably sold more albums than he's been able to sell in years, otherwise.

SirKit and I went to see him in concert, back in 1974, when he was first getting started in the music world. If I remember correctly, tickets were less than a dollar, and the concert was at the National Guard Armory in Mobile AL.

This is crap, I’m sure the RNC paid the fees, this song is listed in the catalogue, so all they had to do was use it an pay the fees for it. Brown didn’t like it, now trying to cause a stir, but I really doubt the RNC used the song without paying the fees.
