How expansive is the bill? Like I’ve said, Obama will never pass the “fairness doctrine,” too many liberals will recognize it as an attack on free speech. He may pass measures in the name of “diversity” or “local ownership” that will have the same result without the liberal outrage.

The liberals are ahead of the curve here.

They are already writing another one which will probably be a stealth amendment to another bill.

Hopefully they will get caught again.
