Good morning to both of you. (((HUGS))) to you.
Yes, we are getting some much needed rain. It should put a little bit of a dent in our drought.

Days are upside down trying to beat the wind and doing the miles.

I remember hangin out on friday nights
The first slow dance, hoping that I’d get it right
Back then I thought I’d never ever stand alone
It used to be that a lonely heart was never shown
I know now that things will never be the same
I wanna go back and do it all over but I can’t
go back I know
I wanna go back cause I’m feeling so much older
But I can’t go back I know

You're welcome. As I get older that song keeps ringing truer and truer, at least about some things.

Yeah but like the song goes, you can’t go back and do it all over. Any regrets we have we have to carry with us as we move forward in life. And hopefully those regrets turn out to be lessons learned. Who knew Eddie Money was so profound!

Heck so are you.We forgive ourselves as we grow in the Lord.

It's tough physically at times to be 40ish. But wisdom that comes with journey can pay huge dividends. Especially these days when it seems that the world is falling apart. God bless you and thanks for this wonderful thread. It's lifted my spirits a bit today.
