This is just stupider than. I mean it’s horrific if she’s crazy, but to give her kid a knockout drug? Hell, the drug tolerant junkie from hell couldn’t handle methadone!
I’ve done the same thing before.
As for drug addicted babies, I work in a Peds outpatient clinic at a large medical center, and we have babies fairly often that are on Phenobarbital and/or Morphine for neonatal drug addiction. They are weaned off within a few weeks, but the extent to which this is needed is sad AND unbelievable.
