My Dad and Grand-dads were too old for WWII, but they knew to pass on the rules of firearms safety they had learned from their dads and grand-dads. I suppose those basic rules have been passed down through many previous generations as well, because my father's side of the family first stepped on American soil at Jamestown in the 2nd decade of the 17th century when a firearm and the ability to use it safely and effectively was every colonists' life insurance policy.
Which shows that there's at least a smidgen of good sense even in the worst of men.
Fundamentalist Muslims are Nazis without the Teutonic IQ level. When, not if, Muslims take over Europe by way of unrestricted immigration they won't bother building gas chambers, they'll just hack the Europeans' heads off with excellent Heinkel and Wusthof kitchen knives.
