Some of the GOP Senators are, and a few of the Governors, but all is is being shown as “Happy Land.” And the public doesn’t notice anything en masse. Also, when bills like “Porkulus” are pushed through without even being read, pressure from the pressureless GOP is moot anyway.

I’d foresee Obama simply quitting in such a situation, and unless there is a concerted Congressional effort to go after Biden’s scalp, Biden would simply serve out Obama’s term. Obama has more class than Gore, shoot almost anyone has more class than Gore.

Yes, a liberal court made a law. We know it's bad law. We want a court that interpets law and not makes new laws. The only way Obama gets ruled "unconstitutional" is if all 4 strong conservatives (Scalia, Thomas, Roberts, Alito) and 1 moderate/liberal judge vote that way. Those judges, especially the conservatives, are not going to suddenly become law writers, and that's the way it should be.

I was being cynical, sorry. There is so much bench legislation these days, it really is heinous. I understand their actual role, but it’s possible for Obama to expand the number of Justices and load the court anyway. But, you point is well taken.

One would hope, but Clinton didn't quit. I could see Obama saying "Hey, evidently my momma was trying to get back to Hawaii but they wouldn't let her in. I just learned this myself. If you want to impeach me on this technicality, so be it, but I will not resign". Then he could push the "GO" button on his blackberry to awaken all of his brown-shirted Obamabots to execute the plan already preprogrammed into their skulls of mush.

I know you were being cynical and that you know the role of a Supreme Court that is abiding by its constitutional role. It'a a bit of a paradox that only a conservative court would rule Obama ineligible but then do nothing to him, while a liberal court would obviously be much more likely to make up a punishment in a case like this but would never rule him ineligible to begin with.

I agree. I’ve been trying to figure out for a long time what might cause America’s demise and what would cause the whole world to attack Israel. I think now we are seeing some of the pieces.

Piece (1)Iranian oil. Asia (mainly China) is the largest purchaser of Iranian oil. Turkey is also high on that list.

Piece (2)Israel has to protect itself from a crazy Iran. Turkey and China will be seriously hurt by Israel’s military strike.

Piece (3)America either can not (economy tanked) or will not (0bama) backup Israel.

Piece (4)OPEC demands retribution on Israel and yanks any countries chain that needs their oil to do their bidding.

Piece (5) Israel has nukes so a leader may call a truce between Israel and “Magog” (the armies poised to attack Israel). Israel may give up nukes for complete access to the Temple mound and the ability to rebuild the Temple.

I know I’m guessing, but I believe those are some of the pieces of the end times.

Which is probably not far off seing as how they’re not going to be allowed involvement in any religious scenarios (basically). The MSM may even try to convince us it was supernatural and he’s exempt.

Well again, there is nothing in the Constitution saying that no president may get a Monica or that he may not lie about it if he does. The Senate came short of conviction on the House’s impeachment. So Clinton had the right to sit there and say “nyaa nyaa.” And nine years down the road, few care.

A determination of “not natural born citizen” for Obama would pose a vastly larger problem for America because of its effect on lower levels. Lawsuits would tumble in by the tens of thousands concerning anything that Obama had his hand on. Unless completely insane, he would quit.

I heard a while there were references to “Palm Tree” shaped clouds holding off the attackers. If Israel gives up her nukes, it may be that they’re armed. I agree with the first 3-4 points, but I think ultimately, Israel may expell the Muslims, mosques included given enough internal strife and thus it may begin. They’re building/making the components for the temple already. Don’t expect them to hold off forever.

Yeah, obviously I’m guessing. My idea with point five is that the Anti-Christ makes a 7 year treaty with Israel, but breaks it half way through and sets himself up in the Temple.

So why would the Anti-Christ need to make a truce with Israel if America can’t back her up? The biggest reason I can come up with is their nuke capacity. What would Isreal have to give up in order to build the Temple? I don’t know, but control of their Nukes makes sense to me.

Personally, I don’t believe I’ll be around to find out.

There are a good number of people who think this Obama guy is exactly on the right track and is doing everything correctly. They think it's about time those who made money have it taken away and given to those who don't have any money.

After all, that's FAIR. The people in America who have money stole it or cheated someone out of it. That's what these people really think. Nobody with money actually worked hard and intelligently to earn the money they made.

I am an amateur radio operator (ham) and I heard a guy talking on the 40 meter ham band about how great a guy is Obama and how much we need the socialism Obama will thankfully bring to us.

We have a nation of delusional morons. They elected this communist because they WANT a communist.

The communists won the election.

Impeachment is going nowhere.

What has he done that fits the charge?

1. Unconstitutional power grab by seeking White House control of the Census.

2. Derelection of his Constitutional duty to protect America by in weakening our fight against Islamofascism (closing Gitmo, releasing or bringing al-Queda prisoners to our shore for regular court trials, seeking to disarm airline pilots, standing by an attorney general who will release terrorists). There's two for starters.
