Didn’t this case come out of Klein’s investigation? The way I understood it was that this case was about crimes that even AG Six couldn’t ignore.

Indeed. But he could (and did) arrange to lose the case at the behest of Sebellius.
Perhaps the Board of Healing Arts will have enough integrity to revoke Tiller's medical license. (But I won't hold my breath.)
Hate is too strong a word. Hate implies fear, and Tiller and his crew never had anything to fear from someone as inept as Phill Kline. Contempt would be more appropriate.
Tiller may not be out of the woods yet. Supposedly the board that licenses doctors is considering revoking his medical license. Fortunately that board is no longer headed by the idiot who's testimony got Tiller off the hook, so he may yet be put out of business. Of course if they do yank his license he'll sue and the whole thing will wind up in court again.
