IIRC, this poll is seriously old and dead. I suspect that it isn't. After I voted, I navigated away from the page to begin my post here. When I re-opened the page (using the URL I got via email), it put me right back on the results page.

The survey is still a way to let the RNC know how we feel. With Steele or not. I for one am sick of hearing how we feel or rwading a fake poll on how America feels. The survey could be helpful. There are a couple of areas to let loose anger over Steele if you choose.
