Wow..good post.
You can be rest assured that the Lloyd’s transfers were only one of many banks, duly hiding large money transfers and that these were for the wealthy of the world: OPEC and China. For my own estimate, I put the total at _well_ over 1 Trillion in the past 20 years.
Some would have to spend a lot of time wondering if this money was spent buying love, or WMD and influence. USA is soooooooooo sound asleep and veiled with arrogance.
Could be. I thought I remembered Mark Levin mentioning them (Fluor) in a rant about DiFi and Blum a while back.

Don’t worry. Our dear leader is going to rid the world of nuclear weapons. /sarcasm
The saying here in Silicon Valley is:
Half the Chinese here are spying on us.
The other half are spying on them!
I wouldn’t be surprised. I just couldn’t find anything in some brief searches. I’m sure someone will come by with solid info.
Maybe the monies went into some of the aircraft at this link:

Stuffing cash under your mattress never gets old.
Have you ever goggled all the Chinese spies that have been caught?
Sure you have ethnic Chinese here ,predating even the gold rush and the rail road camps. Those are obviously not the stock you should worry about.
But any recent arrivals,(?), again google the spies that have been caught so far.
Or a few Chinese restaurants in Little Rock might be worth a note from the Clinton days.

Yeah, pretty soon that’s all the dollar is going to be worth - mattress padding. :)
The fine wasn’t enough to punish Lloyd’s for what it tried to do and it should have been barred from doing business here for a number of years.
