Dr. Orly Taitz, the fierce blond attorney behind Obama eligibility lawsuits, has announced her new website, OrlyTaitzESQ.com.

The California attorney told WND she switched blogs after her PayPal donation account at her Defend Our Freedoms website was hacked and the e-mail switched. She reported suspicious activity to the FBI.

Taitz said her webmaster, volunteer Lisa Ostella, locked her out of her website after Taitz refused to withdraw the FBI complaint.

"She demanded that I take back my complaint to the FBI, claiming that the change of e-mail address was done by a volunteer by the name of Fran, whom she banned from the site," Taitz said. "She said that it took care of the problem, and I need to take back my complaint of hacking with FBI, as it gives her, a webmaster, a bad name."

Ostella did not respond to WND's request for comment.

It may not have been hacked, but was piss poor web design on your part, Calpernia , to post a hyperlink to the paypal site where the address could be changed instead of using the encrypted PayPal button that PayPal provides..

Then you should have redirected them to the homepage ( the .org page ) where the PayPal button was displayed in order to donate, instead of putting an insecure link on the page.

I have reported the matter to the Sheriff’s department and FBI . See below the receipt for the police report with the name and phone number of the detective. The name of the FBI agent is John Haas- supervisor of the cyber crimes unit 714-542-8825. Please post this web address in as many blogs and sites as you can, so it will be picked up quickly by different search engines and can be seen by all my readers.

I have closed my pay pal account and did not receive any pay pal or visa donation since 04.11.09. If you or anybody else has given any donations after this date, using pay-pal, visa, MasterCard, American Express and so on, believing that these donations were received by the Defend Our Freedoms foundation, please demand a refund and report it to the Sheriffs department, FBI and IRS as funds stolen from the non profit organization.
I have sent a Cease and Desist letter to Ms. Lisa Ostella, demanding that she forward to me the access codes for the domains and the e-mail address list of the readers and stop fraudulently operating under the name DefendOurFreedoms and stop drawing financial profit from the Defend Our Freedoms name.
I have also sent a Cease and Desist letter to Evelyn Adams aka Momma E, talk show host David Levin and other parties who are fraudulently advertising on the foundation website and drawing profit from it or from reader lists given or sold to them by Ms. Ostella.

Ironically Ms. Ostella has accused me of collecting information on the readers. In reality I did not have any such information and could not reach most of the readers, aside from ones whose names were in my dr_taitz@yahoo.com e-mail account.
Ms. Lisa Ostella is the one, who collected names and e-mail addresses and she is currently fraudulently sending e-mails to these readers using DefendOurFreedoms name.
If you get such e-mail, please demand that she immediately stop this practice and forward the list to me, as the president of the foundation.

My primary goal is to expose all the fraud committed by Obama and removing him out of office as an usurper, litigation against Ms. Ostella is secondary.
I also need to get full information in regards to full damage to the foundation and me, stemming from actions of Ms. Ostella and parties that patronage her site and are aiding and abetting her.

I, also, sent an e-mail with dossier #6 to Mr. Phil Berg, advising him of lengthy criminal record of grand theft, forgery, forgery of seal and other related crimes, committed by Ms. Lisa Liberi, his paralegal and assistant, who reportedly was managing his fund raising efforts.
I believe Mr. Berg should not be using a person with such past in his fund raising efforts and legal practice and should issue a statement advising the donors and supporters, that Ms. Lisa Liberi is no longer employed by him or his foundation and that he is reviewing all donations and all legal records handled by Ms. Lisa Liberi. I believe the donors to Mr. Berg foundation should get assurances that their donations were used for litigation and the cause and not to reimburse victims of Ms. Liberi’s prior schemes, reported to add to $21,000 per month.

Ask yourself what kind of individual would open up a forum on Dr. Orly’s own site to hundreds of Obots for three days unmoderated and uncensored for them to defile Dr. Orly and call her every filthy name in the Obot vocabulary?
No need to dispute this. This did not happen until Dr. Orly told the webmaster that she was notifying the FBI about her paypal being hacked.

Well just consider this: WHAT KIND OF PERSON
would open up Dr. Orly’s site with a forum (where you don’t even have to register) for three days to Obots to defile and abuse Dr. Orly when the FBI was mentioned?
The forum was flooded by Obots with NO MODERATOR and UNCENSORED whereby Dr. Orly was brutally attacked and called every filthy, vugar name in the book for days- including ‘dirty Jew’.

The forum was only opened up to Obots after Dr. Orly filed a complaint with the FBI.

Lisa Ostella,the website owner,has released a large file of viewer comments-which had been archived.There is one from April 9th that is a bit hair-raising (if true).

I’ve marked a number of these claims with question marks as I have no idea as to veracity, and wonder how the information claimed was obtained.

2. There is no record of her immigration, arrival in USA or naturalization, although records for those events are publicly available for the years from her birth through present day. Demand Orly prove Orly’s a citizen before you follow her off the cliff. (?)

3. Orly’s had 3 anchor babies. Isaac Yitzhak Taitz, 14 Jul 1989, Benjamin Samuel Taitz,7 Oct 1991, Ronald Michaeladam Taitz, 3 Sep 1993. When Orly registered Ronald’s birth Orly fraudulently gave her maiden name as Auerbuch instead of Averbuch. Maybe both are fake names, because there is no record of her in the official list of Soviet Citizens from 1960-1987. (How in hell would you know THAT ?)

4. Orly claims Orly got her dental degree from Hebrew University in Israel. Was that before or after her “escape” from the Soviet Union? Hebrew U does not have a record of her on their Alumni list. Fake dental degree explains the dozens of dental malpractice suits. Her dental license was obtained in 1989 when Orly was in US having babies. Which adds to the suspicion the Israeli dental degree is fake.(?)

5. It is a well-established rumour that Orly paid someone to take the California Bar exam for her. Her lack of knowledge of the law and of legal procedures supports this. Her terrible grammar and spelling shows her lack of formal education and supports the theory her dental degree is fake, and of course her unaccredited online law school required no prerequisites or LSAT. Before you cry “but Orly’s speaking in a foreign language” remember Orly’s been in the USA since before 1987, and to receive any college degree Orly would need a basic proficiency in writing, grammar and spelling. (?)

4. There is no record of her in the list of California Registered voters. A person not registered to vote is trying to usurp the choice of the voters.

Why does Orly need your donations when all Orly’s had to pay for is a couple small filing fees? Orly made a cash payment of $14,000 2 months early for the second half of her $29,000.00 property taxes. Your money paid her tax bill. Before Orly founded her cash cow website Orly was a tax evader. The tax lien is listed at the Orange county Recorder website, along with all sorts of judgments and liens against both her and her husband.(?)

7. Orly claims Orly’s also a realtor but that is another lie. Her license was revoked years ago. (???)

Orly calls herself a Constitutional law expert, but besides the obvious fact that Orly doesn’t understand it at all, Orly’s never had a case before, other than defending herself against malpractice, and Orly lost every single case. Orly is not even legally competent, let alone an expert. Orly’s just a liar. On Alan Keyes website he stated Orly approached him to be her plaintiff, not eh other way around. And now Keyes and Kreep have disassociated themselves from her. That’s why Orly started soliciting the rest of you. Solicitation is against the Rules of Professional Conduct, by the way.

Another thing about Orly that doesn’t add up is that in the WND article she said that she left Russia in 1981, went to Israel got a undergrad degree (4 years for that) and a Dentistry Degree (4 more years for that). A total of 8 years in school in Israel at Hebrew University would have had her in Israel until 1989. But we see that by May 2, 1987, Orly was already married and living in California. Did Orly TIME TRAVEL back to the future (1989) in Israel to get her Dentistry Degree then back to the past (1987) married and living in California while she was pregnant with her first son, Issac?

And how did Orly who is functionally illiterate pass the essay section of the California Bar Exam?
