Do we still have freedom of religion, speech, assembly? Or no?

From the bill:

SEC. 10. RULE OF CONSTRUCTION.

Nothing in this Act, or the amendments made by this Act, shall be construed to prohibit any expressive conduct protected from legal prohibition by, or any activities protected by the free speech or free exercise clauses of, the First Amendment to the Constitution.

Please remember that people said the same thing about McCain/Feingold CFR, and that it would never stand after the SCOTUS got through with it...

That doesn't mean anything, of course. It's just smoke and mirrors. I wonder how they expect us to "construe" it.
