It has been pointed out several times that according to 8 U.S.C. 1325, crossing the border illegally is a crime—a misdemeanor for the first offense and a felony for the second and subsequent offenses, etc., etc. I would just mention in passing that the illegal aliens who are working in our country have each committed at least two felonies to get that job....
