You’ll know its a govvie operation if they permit listing illegal weapons such as Class 3’s and other “hunting equipment” you do not usually see in the local sporting goods store.
Nothing wrong with selling Class III stuff through a classified ad in the paper or on the web, as long as the proper NFA title transfer and FBI background check take place.
