Leaders of a nationwide "tea party" movement that saw an estimated 1 million people gather at hundreds of locations across the United States on Tax Day to protest not just taxes but the sudden rampant spending in Washington say they have accepted an invitation from President Obama to meet.

Of course if we don't like what these so called "leaders" say then we don't have to abide by that; that's what's great about this movement it "by-and-large" made up of ordinary Americans, and it truely is grass roots! However I applaud them, and would welcome it too (just don't get suckered by 'the one'..).

Don't get suckered by Obama's invitation to personally meet.

US Constitution is pretty easy reading, and easy to follow as well... if its not written in that 218-year document, then the US Government cannot do it.

If there is one idea that I hope the 'tea party leaders' can make Obama understand, it should be this.

But I think that Obama will try and charm the 'leaders' to agree to his health-care plan and social security plan, when what should be address is how the US Constitution does not allow either one.

If Obama is willing to meet with these people who are basically Rush Limbaugh radio listeners and conservatives what's in it for him? How is this going to benefit OBAMA? That's what this is all about. Never trust democrats and especially one who now has a proven history of lying and deceiving!

If Obama truly wants to meet and seriously discuss things only meet him on our terms or else it will be a useless meeting. Akin to 100 million in budget cuts. Useless!

BAILOUTS. All BAILOUTS ARE TRANSFERS [THEFT] OF TAXPAYER MONEY to give
to someone else. History has shown that when an economic bubble bursts
the best government can do is lower taxes and reduce spending. The
unbelievable “stimulus” packages will drive us to a second Great
Depression. Keynes economic theories are wrong. The Austrian
economists are right.
CYBERSECURITY ACT. Gives the federal government unprecedented power
over the Internet without necessarily improving security. One provision
gives the COMMERCE DEPARTMENT ABSOLUTE, NON-EMERGENCY ACCESS TO “ALL
RELEVANT DATA” without any privacy safeguards like standards or judicial
review. Another provision mandates a study of the feasibility of an
identity management and authentication program.
DURBIN DOCTRINE. Gives the FCC unfettered authority to regulate the
airwaves any way they please. The authorizing authority of the airwaves
is the FIRST AMENDMENT. The Fairness Doctrine was an infringement upon
the free speech and so is this.
ACORN CENSUS TAKERS. Association of Community Organizations for Reform
Now is a partisan organization and should not be allowed any authority
in the voting procedure in any precinct in the country.
NAIS (Nat’l Animal ID System). EVERY HORSE, COW, PIG, CHICKEN, and GOAT
will be tagged at $3-$20 EACH. Failure to register is $1,000 per day in
fines. This will put many small farmers out of business and increase
your groceries.

House, HR 1388 would require the US government to develop a plan to
