Thanks DirtyHarry! I was beginning to have doubts about this bill getting anywhere this session. Up until very recently, Leo Berman(Tyler area) was the ONLY author on the proposal. Since it has picked up more authors and co-authors I’m thinking it has a much better chance of happening. I would love to see the great State of Texas poke another finger in the eye of the federales. Couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch.
