Ok Guys and gals the date has been selected so mark your calendars and get ready for one of Georgia's biggest events ever! FAIRTAX CONVOY 2009. On May 9 th 2009 the Ga.7th District will be hosting this event. It is our goal to enlist as many BIKERS’, 16 WHEELERS, TRUCKS, CARS, Scooters, and you name it and hit Interstate 285 around Atlanta.
Our plan as it stands now is to set up a tent at 2200 NorthLake Parkway, in the Old Hickory House BBQ Restaurant,parking lot at 8:00 am. We will offer light snacks and hot coffee for the early participants. At 10:00 have everyone pull out onto Interstate 285 North bound making one complete loop of Atlanta returning to Northlake where we will be offering Cokes, & Hot Dogs.
We will have our Tent manned by Ga. 7th district volunteers to serve food and light snacks as well as T Shirts, Hats, Yard Signs, and Offer Trophies for the best dressed Bike, Car and Trucks and much, much more.
SO! Mark your calendar, and get ready for a FUN TIME as we help make everyone around Atlanta aware of the FAIR TAX!
