They’ve got a full sized shredder truck scheduled for this weekend. They’re going to shred cardboard images of public *ahem* servants.

I can compromise, I already have, a little more than I wanted to. If I don’t take a stand somewhere what would that make me?

Jim,

Thanks for all your energy and hard work.

FreeRepublic is an indispensable part of my day.

I'm a secular Conservative.

My political passions are tax and spending policy, free enterprise capitalism, strict Constitutionalist judges, and I'm a military and foreign policy hawk.

Although most of the cultural and religious issues here are not my cup of tea, I read many of the articles and think seriously about the arguments and the comments.

Although I am not a man of faith, I clearly understand that Conservatism is built on a foundation of Judeo-Christian principles.

Take away those principles, and Conservatism would collapse into the same relativism and selfish opportunism that stains every other political party in the modern world.

Wish they could take that shredder up to Sacramento!! Hmmm... and to DC while they’re at it!! There are a few million pages of excess regulations in need of a good shred job!! OFF with their heads!!

I’m with you, Jim!

To Hell with the compromisers and the quitters.

There’s one thing that works and that is what used to be caled the American Way: limited government, hard work, moral behavior, self reliance, and voluntary charity for the genuinely needy.

These arrogant fools and would-be tyrants who want to completely reorder our society are not to be bargained with. We must name ‘em and shame ‘em, oppose them, mock them, and defeat them. We win they lose.

That was ol’ Dutch Reagan’s approach.

Oh, and by the way, twenty bucks American comin’ your way from FReaky ‘FRisco.

We’ve just about compromised ourselves out of house, home and livelihood (literally). Now they’re coming for the rest of our liberty.

No, Mr. Robinson THANK YOU! Thank you for providing this forum and allowing us all to connect here. I have thought about this for many years and especially when we get the kind of posts who are just here to corrupt what our forefathers fought and bled for.

I realize now and it’s long past time that we all pony up a few bucks to keep our freedom alive.
