How nice of her, as a Federal office holder, to speak on behalf of State Government, which she does not represent.

Not only are the ignorant American masses clueless about separation of powers and federalism, it appears that our highest officials are also clueless, or choose to appear to be.

Honestly....she is correct. I would love to see the Gitmo prisoners dropped into general population at Pelican Bay. The ones who survive would be begging to be returned to Gitmo in a month.....

The distinguishing characteristic of California’s top female politicians is their incomparable stupidity. Here we are in California with Carter/Clinton marxist judges constantly agitating to release thousands of the most violent criminals as part of the CHAOS program of keeping people perpetually afraid. The don’t need to be able to escape when they have lib-nazi politicians and judges throwing the jail doors open. California’s DAs and judges are so pro-criminal that it’s impossible to get locked up without a major rap sheet involving multiple violent offenses. Naturally, Dianne, Barbara Baby-Butcher Boxer and Nanny Pelosi have their mansions behind massive walls and gates, with roaming private security guards 24-7.

Has she talked with Harry Reid? He explained this so very well.

You put them in your prison. OK, now they are in a criminal detention facility. They ask for a lawyer. Well, here they are in the United States, being held in our prison, so of course they get a lawyer. The lawyer gets a judge to ask why they are being held. There’s a hearing. Were they judged guilty of something? Not yet, so why are they in a prison with guilty people?

Eventually you might try them, but then they get a sentence. In any case, one of these days, they are getting out of Prison, because we won’t likely sentence them to death or life in prison without possibility of parole.

We’ve never put prisoners of war in our criminal jails. In fact, I would have to think that’s against the geneva convention, as it imprisoning people without trial.

Guantanamo works because it is a prisoner of war camp. It’s not a criminal detention facility.

Anyway, when they get out of an american prison, they will be in america, on our streets.

Worse, she’ll put them in the prisons there, and 3 months from now when they go bankrupt they’ll have to let them out because there won’t be any money to keep them IN the prison.

Why not reopen Alcatraz? We could put the MS-13 thugs in there and set up the electric chairs.

She must have found a way to shift money to her husband again similar to no bid contracts in Iraq and her FDIC bailout that went directly to her husband.

No one sent her the memo that California prisons are overloaded. Arnold says he will have to release 40,000 from state prisons because he allowed overspending to destroy California’s budget. And the voters let him down and the republicans dared to tell the truth the propositions were lies.

But my fear is this is a setup. Arnold went to Washington and had a powwow with obama yesterday. Pleading for bailout money is my guess. obama probably said help me out with the terrorists and it is a done deal. Feinstein then set up the scenario because congress insists on a plan before giving obama any money to close GITMO.

Or maybe this was the plan even before yesterday when arnold figured out Californians are smarter than he thought and would not fall for no banana in their tailpipe. Yesterday they they just cemented their positions.

Sit back and watch the most maniacal, evil manipulating first Arab President in American history as he moves terrorists probably to San Quentin or Corcoran is my guess. Remember arnold wants to sell san quentin, this way obama will just hand him the money.

Once again I hope I am wrong. But have not been yet and I have been predicting obama’s moves since last year.

Not since the 17th Amendment, at least.

I don’t think there is a general population classification at Pelican Bay.

So California can let them all go because they can't afford police? Obviously reading is not a required job skill for Congress Critters and such. None of them read the laws they vote for they even admit. From Pelosi's went to a briefing but did not hear what was being said, the ability to hear or comprehend english is optional.

I think we would be all a lot better off if we voted Downs syndrome people to run this goobermint, at least they are nice people, and have the same job skills.

I don’t like blank checks, and I don’t trust politicians.
You are a wise person. California is lost to Mexico anyway so let the Mexicans take care of the terrorists.

I do not understand why no one in govt, esp. the dept of justice, lets her get away with this conflict of interest.
Surely, an investigation into her activities concerning her husband’s business interests, and govt money received, is of interest to someone on high.

GP at Pelican Bay would be segregation at a “normal” prison.

Indeed I agree, except for the yard. I worked in a prison for a year, mostly seg and perimeter. My point was that Mohammad would have a really tough go.....for some reason I doubt their radical ways would impress the Blacks, Whites, Northern Mexican and Southern Mexicans on the yard (the linked Youtubes classifications....not mine).

The only reason I can think of is the ancient practice of "nobless oblige." So many politicians probably have their own hands in the public cookie jar they overlook similar graft on the part of their peers. No one wants to attract too much attention.
