I thik this was a veiled punch at Barry. I wonder if Joe realizes that Barry is a fraud and this is his way of trying to tell people.
I don’t think these two get along at all. I watched the video clip of Biden and Obama introducing Sotomayor and Biden whispered something in the ear of Sotomayor and Obama started clinching his jaw and looked angry that he was hogging the spotlight.
Joe is an idiot, but I don’t think he’s that much of a moron that he is just saying things to say them.
I don’t think he likes Barry one bit. Even when he was saying “What will I tell the President...” he had a look on his face that he was angry and tickled at the same time to have fun at Barry’s expense.
The sad truth is we will pay for a new teleprompter and probably a better expensive one that has the puppet strings actually attached.

Considering everyone including Obama has mocked Biden on a constant basis, it is fitting.
Like my brother at funeral home for just deceased dad- he joked about getting picture of dad in a Depends to put on a plaque with his daughter in his diaper and wanted to give it to friends and family. Said brother saw nothing wrong with this joke just days after our dad died.
