That case is coming before SCOTUS. I’d love to see them decide against her decision in the middle of the debate over her appointment.

Congress must not go AWOL on this. They ignored their duty to protect us from Gitmo terrorists and thus gave top-notch leftist pro bono lawyers a chance to win those cases in the Court.

Don't leave us to the hare-brained judgments of Sotomayor, please. Forget your Latino constituents for one tiny minute to preserve our freedom. Do the right thing!

Remember less than a year ago the propaganda press was hounding Sarah Palin implying that she was a separatist because her husband had long ago belonged to an Alaska secessionist group? La Raza is not only racist and separatist, but at least some of this group have been involved in violent actions. Yes, I agree with Tancredo that LaRaza is a Hispanic version of the Ku Klux Klan, and Sotomayor certainly is a racist, not just by her words, but by her actions of membership on a council of a racist, separatist, and perhaps sometimes violent group.
