Really just that there was a bomb threat for an Air France plane, I think it was on the 27th. Maybe I could have posted more (I wasn’t sure) it was pretty short. There wasn’t much info, I guess the important thing was that they had had a bomb threat on an Air France plane recently.

Barack Hussein Neville Chamberlain Obama has invited the enemies of freedom to the table.

We will be seeing much, much more of this.

hmmm, makes ya wonder if perhaps the Air France flight that crashed yesterday might have been brought down by a bomb..of course, if that is the case, the media will NEVER report it

So was this bomb threat reported before the recent AF disaster? I’m confused?

Could this be the flight that just went down over the Atlantic?

Yes, and I have to admit, whenever there is an airliner crash it’s in the back of my mind.

I don’t know if was the same airplane. Maybe just that there had been a bomb threat against that airline at that airport. That’s what I’m getting out of the story.

The “lightening strike” theory didn’t pass the smell test. #1 I thought airplanes aren’t susceptible to lightening strikes and 2, airline security isn’t the best in South America, #3, I don’t trust the Muzzies.

“brought down by a bomb..of course, if that is the case, the media will NEVER report it”

If they do have to report that it was a bomb, they will never point out the bomber was a Muslim.

Just a poor marginalized extremist driven to desperation by American oppression.

How hard will it be to retrieve the black box?

Does it transmit from the ocean floor (radio signal)?

It does and it will.

How hard? I do not know.

It would certainly depend on the depth underneath the wreckage site.

Crash survivable boxes are not flotation devices. They will be with the wreckage.

The ocean floor where they are looking is 13000 ft deep and the black box emits a signal for about 30 days-have to see if they can find it.

It was a victim of bad weather. The place where Air France was over the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone. The Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), appears as a band of clouds, usually thunderstorms, that circle the globe near the equator. The solid band of clouds may extend for many hundreds of miles and is sometimes broken into smaller line segments. The ITCZ follows the sun in that the position varies seasonally. It moves north in the northern summer and south in the northern winter. Right now the sun is over the equator causing this bad weather. This is the area where hurricanes are born.

Over the ocean, en route to Paris... poof. Gone.

It’ll be official when the NTSB concludes it was a center fuel tank explosion.

We shared a waiting area with an Air France flight from Seattle to Paris last year- I was surprised at how many Arabic looking passengers boarded and that a few of their gate staff also appeared Arabic.

The Glomar Explorer supposedly raised a Soviet Sub back in the 1960's or earlier.

We do have UUV's, MUV's and other things that can go that deep.

But they need to assemble this ASAP or borrow it ASAP (if the US Navy is not going to do it).

I am not sure what resources France has in this regards, but if the US Navy chose to make this an important training exercise, it could be found before the 30 days -- at least my belief...

It may have been/most likely was the weather. I have seen a few reasonable explanations for how very severe weather could cause an accident. However, until it has been investigated, it seems premature to rule terrorism out completely.

We will know when we find the black box. But weather is always a factor in an accident. It should be considered especially when they flew into this area known for thunderstorms.

I believe the French were bringing in mini-subs that could go down far enough to retrieve the black box. I also thought I read that the U.S. had been asked for help. I don’t know what King Zero’s response was, though.

If it was a bomb, some group would have already claimed responsibility for it by now.
