Just say NO to the Cap n Trade bill! Congress is trying to pass Capitol Switchboard: 202-224-3121 or 800-828-0498
WE MUST ACT NOW! THIS BILL WILL BE DEVASTATING FOR OUR COUNTRY. THIS BILL NEEDS TO BE DEFEATED! PLEASE ACTIVATE YOUR PING LIST, EMAIL LIST, FACE BOOK, TWITTER OR ANY OTHER WAY TO MAKE THIS KNOWN. Call Congress. Please be active as I have said before, the left is. Emails for this and health care are going out, their base has been activated to get it passed. We need to get it STOPPED!
I will call my Oklahoma reps, but who are the swing votes, nationally?
And yes I know Micheal Jackson died yesterday but we still need to get back to business. STOP CONGRESS. I am sure they love that the media has dropped this Cap N Trade coverage like a hot potatoe!
Under cover of Jackson.

With Michigan’s current economy, any congressperson from this state that votes for this tax increase deserves to be held accountable and lose their jobs.
I did but it won’t matter in my case.
Ping.
If you took a cue from the airwaves today, they’ll be too busy mourning Jacko to do any voting. :(
If they bring it to a floor vote today, you can be sure they have the votes to make it pass. My two Maine socialist reps (Michaud and Pingree) are lost causes, I’ll have to wait till this hits the Senate before I can have any impact. Then the two semi-lost causes (Snowe and Collins) can possibly be influenced.
All circuits are busy. if i ever do get through what is the best way to register my opinion there. do they keep some sort of talley or should i ask for another number where a talley is kept or what??
THey do keep a tally. Try email addresses listed in post five or here:
http://clerk.house.gov/member_info/mcapdir.html
Just called (again) my rep’s office (Pingree, ME1). The woman who answered did not know where she stood on this. Sheesh. I’m assuming she’s a solid yes vote given she’s a moonbat Dem.
Contacted spokesman for Bob Inglis (SC)He is vehemently opposed to this bill and always has been. Could someone correct this on this post?
PS. Keep comments short...Don’t opine...a simple “Vote NO on cap and trade” will do.
This gives more opportunity for others to call, and more time for you to contact others.
Larry Kissell (D) NC will vote no.
Sorry, I just copied a post sent to me earlier this morning. I’ll remove the name the next time I post it.
Okay, I feel very ignorant. Has this passed the Senate yet?
