....love in Islam
I have noticed the same.
I thank God that He is our God and is honored by showing love - not torture, kindness - not evil.
We are so blessed.
By their fruits you will know them. The fruit of Islam is hate.

I do. I would never trade my faith in Jesus Christ, eternal life, my soul for a short time on Satan's world. It was an easy choice. That's what Peter said too.

One of the murderers blamed the Pakistani government which failed to accept their demands... Nope, the blood is on their hands, not those who refused to do what they demanded.
Just like the blood is on Congress's hands in the slaughter of the American Economy, not Bush.

How does God respond to ritual Satanic killings of His faithful? He is patient, and remembers, and promises justice to his followers. But you must remember that God felt love for the lost so much so that He was willing to come to earth to die as a martyr Himself to get people to understand.
God loathes stepping from the seat of mercy to the seat of Judgment. But He will, because He is just. A man has his lifetime to understand his responsibility to his creator, and that is enough for justice to be served.
In the case of these Islamics, the Koran says that Jesus was a righteous prophet, and this man died in faith in that prophet. This presents a real moral dilemma for them, if the Koran was correct, then why did this man refuse to convert? They, if they are real in their faith in Allah, must now investigate the teachings of Isa, (Jesus). The teachings of Isa will contradict the teachings of Islam as it has become. They will, each and every one make a fateful decision based on their studies. To follow Isa, or Mohammad. On that pivots their eternal future.
God is willing for one that is eternally secure to loose their temporary life in this world on the hope for one that is eternally damned for the blood on his hands to see the light and repent and follow Him to eternal life.
Its a no brainer, trading what you cannot loose for something you have eternally lost. Hope this helps...

A great tragedy is that the American people cant even understand what happened here, or they have no sympathy for the oppressed, only the oppressor. It is not a battle for the American People, but a battle between good and evil people for the soul. Many people have chosen evil, and do not have the spiritual capacity left to understand basic moral issues.
The real question is, who will we allow to lead America? Those with no morals, or those with? Might I remark that people were still free for generations under Christian leadership, and we are rapidly loosing our freedom under humanist leadership. I vote for what worked before, instead of this disaster morphing to change under Godless men.

Ive been in Afghanistan for eight months now, and from what Ive seen, the vast majority of people here would be perfectly happy to live their lives their own way and leave everybody else alone. Comparing all Muslims to the Taliban would be like comparing all Baptists to Fred Phelps and Westboro Baptist Church. While I admit that my contact with Afghans is limited to the Army and the interpreters and contractors who work directly with US forces, I get the impression that 95% or more of the people over here still look up to the US and want to live like we do - free to worship as they wish, and not trying to force their version of religion on anybody else. Yeah - it is the 99% of muslims that give the remaining 1% a bad name...
And don't get on your high horse. I spent 12 months in Afghanistan in the boonies working with them. Here is a question to ask them when they talk about freedom.
"Then you would not mind if I built a Church here." You will know the answer by the look in their eyes.

not trying to force their version of religion on anybody else. You are missing a piece of the puzzle. Christianity teaches that all men must make that choice for themselves, Islam teaches that all men must be made to make the choice between Islam and death.
It is a big piece of the puzzle. There is no co-existance with Islam unless they are weaker than you, where with Christianity, there is freedom for all men. Give nuclear weapons to any Islamic country and the inevitable end is a glow in the dark planet.

Yes. This is how it begins. One martyr at a time. The rebirth of Christianity, again and again throughout history, has started in just this way.
The Blood of Martyrs will water the seed of the Church. Thus has it always been. We live in historical times.
May God grant each of us the strength to stand fast for Truth when our moment comes as this good and brave man did.

A brave and honorable man. I don’t know anything about his life, but this act was martyrdom, pure and simple. I think his cause should be opened in Rome.

Well, from the link lizol posted earlier (from April), he either wasn’t married to his child’s mother or he divorced that mother and had a new girlfriend. Still, the Lord granted him the grace to do a martyr’s death.

I wonder how this played out with his murderous abductors? Islamic militants have long boasted that they do not fear death and indeed, embrace it. Implicit in this boast of course, is the idea that Christians are weak and can be intimidated. A Christian willing to die for his faith is a most powerful witness to Muslims.
True martyrdom, as opposed to the Satanic counterfeit whereby Moslems kill themselves in order to kill others, hopefully left a lasting mark on them.
