The main problem is that most of Obama’s supporters would still be behind him even if it were proven that Obama was born on Pluto. (wow, talk about extra points for being a minority!)

When the U.S. military accepts the claim of a soldier that the man posing as Commander-In-Chief has failed to produce his eligibility to hold that title, we may be on the verge of seeing change beyond belief.

It would produce a Constitutional crisis. I think Biden would be the first to claim he is in charge and it would probably be up to the Senate to straighten it all out. I am sure the Supreme Court would also be dragged in. The Senate would confirm Biden is in charge, but then the Supreme Court might rule that McCain is President or they could throw it to the Senate. With the Dems in charge, I would expect Biden would end up being president.
Unfortunately, I strongly believe that with all the money and political power, zealots who will do anything, plus the time he’s had, 0bama will have manufactured fake birth records that won’t be able to be challenged.

Well, since the country hasn't gone through this before, it's a legitimate question, but I think Joe will be out of luck. The Obama-Biden ticket was not a valid presidential ticket, so votes for the Democrat nominees ought not to count. Votes for McCain count just fine, so the GOP got virtually 100% of the legal votes in the 2008 presidential election.
Civil unrest in urban areas only - short lived...race on same race violence and property damage. Anger subsides as soon as the looting begins in most of these cases (Gotta get the stuff home).
IMHO, Zer0 WANTS there to be a great deal of civil unrest...I don;t think it will be as big as he thinks. He needs civil unrest to initiate actions against US Citizens.

Too many repercussions. This Presidency, legal or not, will never be allowed to be rescinded.

Don’t underestimate how important it is that he NOT be proven not a natural-born citizen. (That’s not advocating suppression of truth, that’s recognizing how far some will go TO suppress the truth.)
What the left wants, desparately, is for the RIGHT to start some violent action so that they can, like they do every time in history when they get power, use the power of the state to kill and incarcerate their ideological opponents.
There will come a time when they don’t need an excuse, though. Keep that in mind.
