I kind of think it’ll just be brushed aside, the media will say it’s not a big deal, and the masses will go back to watching Dancing with the Stars.

The press will try to downplay it and get it dismissed as irrelevant in the court of public opinion. That won't stop it from turning into a quagmire in the courts that will dog him for the rest of his term.

OR they would coronate Pelosi as Queen, because after all we the people were to stupid to know what we were doing, and elected a guy unqualified to hold the office. How dare we be aloud to make that mistake again.

Isn’t their a case where a judge is going to hear this fiasco and settle it once and for all?

The author brings up a good point, though. If the winning party ‘won’ by fraud - then Mr. Biden is part to that fraud. How can Mr. Biden be legitmate, when his running mate, the man who chose him, committed fraud.

If I commit fraud, and through my act of illegal actions give you a job, car or cash - you do not get to keep the ill-gotten gains.

Therefore, I would think, that because the Democratic ticket was fraudlent, McCain and Palin would assume the presidency as they had the next greatest amount of votes.

Pathetic that so many ‘officials’ neglected their Constitutional duty to verify Obama’s citizenship before the election. This is downright treasonous.

Why? Biden was elected just as fraudulently as Obama. Seems to me, McCain was the only legitimate candidate.

So would that leave princes Pelosi in charge. Wow.

Wrong! That would leave Joe Biden in charge. Old Joe could then appoint a VP who would be confirmed by the Senate. Nothing else changes, except the country could be thrown into a 3rd World turmoil.

I don’t see any valid argument anywhere that would preclude Biden from assuming the presidency.

I don't either, and that's where the author fails in his reasoning. Some have suggested that the entire election would be negated, and perhaps McCain/Palin would assume office. That's wishful thinking. Obama's ineligibility would mean that Biden succeeds him based on Constitutional succession. I simply can't see the courts ruling otherwise.

As for his time in office, and the laws passed, that's where the turmoil will develop. And you can be assured the libs will fight to have them retained, tooth and nail.

Only if the Supreme Court held that the election was void because of Obama's ineligibility. In that case, Biden would not be legally the VP. In the meantime Pelosi would take over while the Senate and House would have to go over the election results and figure out how to certify a winner. McCain's and Palin's electors should stand, but who knows how the Dems will do with the others.

Riots that will make Watts, Detroit, and the Rodney King LA riot look tiny by comparison. And that is why nobody will do anything. They are cowed by the prospect of anarchy on a scale never before seen in this country...and if some court was to find Obama ineligible, make no mistake, it WOULD happen. The radical liberals would herd the sheeple to make sure of it.

If Obama isn't president, then McCain is. And Sarah Palin is vice president.

Incorrect. Under no alternative does Sarah Palin become Vice-President. Joe Biden is legitimately the Vice-President, having been properly elected to that position by the Electoral College.

The only question remaining would be whether the Presidential election would have to be re-adjudicated (in which case, McCain becomes the only eligible option and must be elected by the House) or whether the position is vacant, in which case Biden succeeds the vacancy. There is no law or precedent to declare either way, and the most politically expedient solution therefore would be for Biden to become President.

"If Obama isn't president, then McCain is. And Sarah Palin is vice president."

Nope. The electoral college holds two separate and independent elections for POTUS and VPOTUS and arenot bound to elect by ticket. Theoretically, the Electoral College could have given us Obama/Palin or McCain/Biden. Biden is the legitimately elected VPOTUS, and unlike his running mate, is Constitutionally eligible for the office.

The Courts are sending a clear message of tyranny to the People by their claims of lack of standing and failure to address this.

Question for the legal eagles. Just how would we go about addressing that?

This "lack of standing" thing seems to be the brick wall for all these challenges. Exactly who or what defines that? Is there a way to change it? Would one go to court or Congress to effect such a change?

It isn't in the Constitution. Should it be? How about the state constitutions?

Has there ever been a significant federal case regarding the issue?

And that's when TSHTF.

I don't have my copy of the U.S. Constitution with me, but the Congress did certify the Electors. That would mean that the election is over and in the books in my view.

BUT...Running for an office to which you are constitutionally ineligible would quite likely be seen by most citizens as fraud. Then impeachment for that high crime would seem to be the recourse.

The question I have is “if” Obama is a fraud then wouldn't his election be fraudulent and hence his running mate equally fraudulent...just asking...

Personally, I “think” the Speaker (God help us) would be POTUS until another election had been held.

But who knows...
