Rathke is a pioneer of the so-called welfare rights movement that aims to get Americans on welfare. He devotes an entire chapter of his book to what he calls "The 'Maximum Eligible Participation' Solution." It is a strategy for orchestrated crisis that savvy leftist groups across America are likely to embrace.
Rathke confirms ... that he is pursuing this strategy that calls for all Americans eligible for welfare payments to pursue every penny the law "entitles" them to. He urges people to "make sure that other people in the community" are actually getting their due from the government.
The Maximum Eligible Participation Solution is just the old Cloward-Piven Strategy in new clothes. The strategy aimed at radical social and political change was articulated by Marxist university professors Richard A. Cloward and Frances Fox Piven in a 1966 Nation article, "The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty." The two academics called for "a massive drive to recruit the poor onto the welfare rolls" in an effort to overwhelm the system. [Italics in original.]
Rathke writes in his book, "it is hard to believe that we cannot assemble the troops to mount a campaign for maximum eligible participation that harvests the opportunities and dollars already available if we could achieve full utilization of existing programs."

This backs up my theory that the Rats use illegal immigration as another tool to overwhelm and break the healthcare system so the public will let them take it over. Malpratice lawyers using ridiulous tort law are other tools.
It’s not enough the Left has been stacking one side of the see-saw for decades, but now with Obama in the WH, and control of both houses, they’re effectively moving the fulcrum. When the whole thing tips...it leaves conservatives stuck in the air.

The embezzler was his brother. But IIRC Wade was kicked out of ACORN in conjunction with the embezzlement. Sort of kicked out, that is. Now he organizes for some offshoot of ACORN (there are > 300 of them). The one he’s at specializes in organizing workers overseas. Naturally, he’s the lead organizer.
Acorn has changed their name because their previous name, Acorn was so identified with voter fraud, election fraud, corruption, bribery, payola as well as RICO crimes. But chnaging their name will have no effect at all just like when liberals started calling themselves progressives. Everybody knew that progressives meant liberals. It didn’t change a thing and neither will Acorn’s name change. You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig. If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck...

So, Glenn, they want to overload the system, bring this country to its needs, overweighted by demanding dependents, because they are not here to help our Republic survive, they want to destroy it. The USSR was highly successful using this 3 point plan to install Marxist dictators, and they were working here to do the same. Yuri Bezemenov was part of the USSR propaganda machine, but defected to this country and began lecturing about how the USSR used various techniques, including masquerading as journalists, to subvert and eventually take over a country.
From everything we are seeing, there is no reason to exclude the possibility that SEIC, ACORN, HCAN, etc, are possibly an American socialist effort to continue the subversive groundwork laid by the USSR, and the question should certainly be raised as to whether these organizations are not, in fact, linked to Russian or other Communists, who would reap benefit from seeing the Lamp of Liberty, the United States of America, dissolve into a harmless, and well controlled marxist state.
