Because the Constitution provides a mechanism for ineligbility after the Electoral College votes, and it ain't a new election.

Like what? Maya Soetoro spilling her guts to the world that her brother's a fraud, and that she has his original long form bc to prove it?

Clinton was busted on the strength of the possibility of his DNA being on a stained blue dress. Was that enough evidence for you at the time, or did you require a higher standard of proof to convince you that maybe, just maybe there was something to it?

Understand, that's all we're doing here. We're seeking the conclusive evidence that will confirm, or dispel the preponderance of circumstantial evidence against Obama.

In the meantime, we'd be morons not to acknowledge the very real questions about Obama's eligibility. The track of incidents so far in this case bear all the telltale signs of fraud. Common horse sense says that where there's smoke, there's fire, so it is our duty to keep a sharp eye on developments in this case, and yes, most of us will continue to discuss it, whether certain people object, or not.

If you honestly believe that there's nothing to this issue, then by all means, be our guest to ignore these threads.

Just a guess..but my feeling is that if Orly and WND have gone public with this..they have already had the document authenticated as best they can. This is just a formality to inform the court of their duty to act. They have probably had this around for some time and when the MSM got wind of it, they started the onslaught to discredit birthers last week as ‘racists’ and ‘nutters’. It all makes sense now if this is real. That is why they were frantic to get republican congresscritters on record in that resolution saying that Obama was a citizen.

Has anyone verified that Obama Sr. was actually enrolled in Hawaii in the spring of ‘61? If this certificate is real, he likely took Ann back to Kenya in early ‘61, where she spent most of her pregnancy.

He arrived in Hawaii in 1959 to start his college degree. He graduated in June 1962 and was Phi Beta Kappa. I don't see how he could have taken an entire semester of his junior year off and done that unless he was a superman who was doubling up on classes in his senior year. As it is, it seems he graduated in 3 years anyway.

... also would explain why she shows up in Seattle in late August, ‘61, with a newborn, apparently on a return trip to the states.

What I've read indicates her trip to Seattle was in late summer 1962, when Obama was a year old, not in '61 when he was a newborn.

If we can get a date on Durham and Obama seniors divorce and this document was produced just before then, it would make sense.

The copy is dated February, 1964. Stanley Ann filed for divorce from Barack Sr. in Hawaii in...January, 1964.

There is a possible connection...
