I think this whole thing began back during the skerry convention. That is when the dems started pushing o for president, and he hadn’t even been elected senator yet.
Clinton had the PERFECT candidate and nearly 100% of the black vote. Clinton helped establish the National Welfare Rights org in Arkansas which ended up morping into ACORN.

Truth is something you haven’t a clue for! You have presented as authentic a spliced tape in which Barry’s Kenyan grandmother states she was present at his birth in Mombassa, with an added piece of interview done later when someone got to the poor elderly lady and had her recant. There were several days between the first interview and the second from which the xtra was lifted to change the original interview meaning. A woman, even an elderly grandmother wouldn’t satte that she was present when her son was born you fool! Lie on some other site.

I was just reading about “Joe the Plumber” and how the left totally trashed him for asking an innocent question, went into his background to dig dirt, tried to claim he was a dirt bag for being unlicensed. They are scum.

We used to employ plumbers and they worked under our license. This is the way it’s done. The taxes Joe supposedly owed were recent and he had no way of knowing about them not to mention they were a pittance compared to zero’s cabinet members taxes. And these bastards claim to be for the little guy. NOT

Orly of course would get the full treatment if they could bring themselves to expound on the issue.

Hi Aruanan!!! Congratulations, you are the 342 freeper to link a 1998 modern, amended version of the Kenyan constitution and misrepresent it as being the 1963 one. BZZZZZT

I don't think that's the part that's amended; my reference is described as the 1963 Constitution with later amendments. Besides, the Republic of Kenya was referred to in news articles from 1963 and mid-1964 as the "Republic of Kenya."

The Republican Constitution of Kenya: Historical Background and Analysis, Chanan Singh, The International and Comparative Law Quarterly, Vol. 14, No. 3 (Jul., 1965), pp. 878-949 has a lot of good background, but it doesn't actually give the text of the 1963 Constitution. It does, though, point out that from the beginning of independence in 1963 Kenya was going to be a republic but that it would go through a short transitional period as a dominion as more and more of the government became ruled by the Kenyan state rather than the Crown. It doesn't say, though, whether or not parts of the government that came under self rule before December 1964 started using "Republic of Kenya"on official records.

Nice of you to overlook the web history of "Dominion of Kenya," though; it seems to fit your M.O..

This is a news article clipping I found from The Chillicothe Constitution Tribune on April 11th, 1961 on Page 4 (Near the top center of the page.) Click Here if you wish to view the archive for yourself.

Keep in mind this was published in April of 1961 from a Missouri newspaper. Apparently the usage of the "Republic of Kenya" was not uncommon.

That is the purpose of this post. Please discuss.

OK, you can zoom in on the BC copy. Looks plenty authentic to me. What we have here is a copy of the birth certificate issued in 1964. The original was made in August 9, 1961. So somebody requested the BC in ‘64.

Maybe for the adoption to Lolo Soetoro, or Madelyn for kindergarten, etc.???
