Yes, you might be able to look into what is required under that one year clause in other situtions. For her the only thing would be 1 year right before birth because she qualifies under any other scenario. You would have to find some case law interpreting it.

You can use the fact that Sr claimed they were married in the eyes of Kenyan law as proof there was a tribal marriage.
Then you can loop back around to the born of a marriage law....and Jr. would not be a US citizen.
The only proof that they were married in a tribal marriage may be by that BC. Kenya did not recognize a mix of statutatory and customary marriages.
Of course, Jr can claim Daddy thought they were legally married in Hawaii even if they weren’t..to which you respond....he knew he was already married and he had to claim he wasn’t to get that marriage license

He went to elementary school in Indonesia as Barry Soetoro, but was sent back to Hawaii to live with his grandparents prior to adolescence. I don’t think his high school records have been released, and no one knows when he changed his name back to Obama or what passports he has used.
He has apparently had Kenyan, British, Indonesian, and — one would assume — U.S. citizenships.

Whether this Certification is real or fake may not matter anymore. We must consider how twisted the leftists are. The way I'm seeing the situation is, this Certification may solidify the Resident's stay in power. Think about it, what better person is there to lead the NWO than a person who was born on two different continents? He has experienced life in both and now has two proofs for his double birth.
I just wish he didn't choose USA as his home base (or the planet Earth).
If he were an honest man, he'd step down till this BC is cleared, for his own peace of mind. He's Barry, so he won't.

The very least theobamafile.com could have done was put a pay pal button where people could see it as there were many who never saw it and neither did I. Looking into this further, it appears that the woman interviewed was a stepmother to Obama Sr. - his father had more than one wife. So yes, it was a reasonable statement, as she could easily not be present. However, I'm not persuaded that's what she meant, although I did note the interviewer, Bishop McRae, at times referred to her "son" when he meant "grandson."
From listening to the whole audio, it is clear that she said several times that he was born in America - different from the snippet that I'd also heard.
I may get flamed for this, but the tape "evidence" is ambiguous at best, and could be considered clearly against a Kenyan birth. The evidence is what it is, not what we want it to be.
Right now, IMO, Elg is the case to look to..before Saturday I said it was the Wong case and they decimated the subject to the jurisdiction thereof clause...

Immigration law specifically dictates that if ONE parent is not a citizen, then the parent that IS a citizen must have lived in the US for at least ten years, five of which over the age of 16. The Free Speech Movement started in 1964 and was a shock to the entire Bay Area community. They shut down Sproul Plaza -- the area where people traditionally hung out and made speeches. Many arrests. Demonstrations lingered on for days. Mario Savio trapped in a police car.
But none of these groups (until the FSM) were overt about challenging the morals and mores of the time. There may have been an out of wedlock pregnancy here and there and funny clothes, but they were not spouting 'free love', drugs, etc. Until the 'hippie' generation which started in 1967 when Barry Soetero was already in kindergarten in Jakarta.

The grandmother ‘evidence’ is non-evidence. Someone who doesn’t understand the lifestyle of muslim marraiges would assume if she was referring to the birth of her ‘son’ in a third person sense, she MUST be MEANING Obama JUNIOR.
But she wasn’t. Obama Sr was born to the SECOND wife of Onyango and Sarah the THIRD (the interviewed grandmother) witnessed the birth.
My understanding is that she earned that degree while practicing dentistry. If so, my hat goes off to her. She seems to be a remarkable person.
