I’m not sure it is real, and I’m pretty sure that nothing could be done even if Obama were shown to be unqualfied for the presidency. I’m afraid our government has degenerated that far.

Just like with the natural-born provision, if there is no U.S. statute that mandates enforcement, nothing can be done other than suing, and as we discovered, for that provision, anyone other than a fellow-candidate has no legal standing to sue.

1. Kenyan official documents did NOT bear the name "REPUBLIC of Kenya" until 1964, if only because the Republic of Kenya was proclaimed in December 1963.

At the bottom of the document, it clearly states that it was produced in February of 1964

I would have expected better analysis from you.
