obama mam's divorce attorney is dead. but perhaps he has living partners or surviving family who had custody of his old files.

Orly is an attorney. Legal files from another old case could be passed along to her by a client for use as evidence in a new case.

Orly claims the person who provided it fears for his life and preemptive internet image release was a form of life insurance for this person. She has not to fear doctored web images. DU’s campaign is laughable and will have no impact on the court, only on public opinion.

Ms Taitz as attorney for the plaintiff who feels he has been threatened for possessing this file, has the original. And has asked a court to authenticate it.

DU is hysterical about Orly being charged with perjury or fraud or misrepresentation. BS. She has not submitted this to the court as a bona fide. She has asked the court to authenticate. BIG DIFEFFERENCE. This lady seems very smart about legal rules and maneuvers.

Since she meticulously documents everything and fearlessly, if there were threats made to the possessor of this BC that led him to retain her as counsel, and to surrender these files to her for safekeeping and authentication and for self protection— then that will also come out in court.

This is the key:

IF DU and the WH know the Kenyan BC copy is a fake, they have nothing to worry about.

Certainly obama, since he is using campaign funds for legal teams, can afford the best forensic examiners to debunk the original... in court. His best defense would be to provide an official certified bona fide long form birth document, wouldn't it?

Even if Orly has a “fake” BC, she has a legal tool that requires the defendant to respond.

Orley HAS done the leg work, ALL instruments used as evidence must be procured by the court to establish authenticity and who has handled it since it's source. That is what she has asked the judge to do.

David ‘s comments earlier regarding the Dr who delivered BO, shows they have seen the source document for her paper and are now following proper legal procedure for making it evidence in a court of law.

WTH cares about Bomford and an australian BC? This case will not be proved or debunked by web images and public opinion.

Obama’s defense team can take Bomford’s BC to the judge and submit it as an authentic document and their forensic examiners can prove Orly’s document is fake. Bring it on.

She has asked the court to authenticate her Kenyan document, not to simply accept it.

“I happen to be Kenyan. I was born 1 month before Obama at Mombasa medical center. I am a teacher here at the MM Shaw Primary School in Kenya.
I compared my birth certificate to the one that has been put on by Taitz and mine is exactly the same. I even have the same registrar and format. The type is identical.
I am by nature a skeptical person. I teach science here and challenge most things that cannot be proven.
So I went to an official registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web. They magnified it and determined it to be authentic. There is even a plaque with Registrar Lavenders name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar office from 1959 until January of 1964.
The reason the date on the certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the “copy” of the original was ordered.
I stress the word “copy.”
My copy also has republic of Kenya.
So what you say is true about Kenya not being a republic at the time of Obama’s birth, however it was a republic when the copy was ordered.
The birth certificate is genuine. I assure you it will be authenticated by a forensic auditor.
We are very proud Obama was born here.
We have a shrine for him and there are many people who remember his birth here as he had a white mother.
They are being interviewed now by one of your media outlets. Fortunately they even have pictures of his parents with him immediately after his birth at the Mombasa hospital with the hospital in the back ground. It will be a proud day for us when it is proven that he was born here and a Kenyan became the most powerful man in the world.
I encourage anyone to come here and visit.
I will be happy to take you and show you the pictures at the hospital myself as well as my document and many others that are identical to what Taitz posted.

Since it now appears the Bomford BC is probably a hasty forgery not made to withstand this scrutiny, what do you bet the Aussies decide NOT to pursue a criminal forgery case, but mysteriously “drop” it?

Right. This follows basic principles of text criticism when one tries to figure out which of two varying texts was the model for the other or if they are both modeled on a third source.

I need to do no research to understand than any document, in order to have the least bit of legitimacy has to have a tracked origin.

Any discussion of the contents of the doc are irrelevant and illegitimate if you can't establish the parentage.

The person who provided the doc would be the safest person on the planet. They would be on every news and talk show on the planet, they would be famous. Yes an Obamanaic could try to hurt them, but why? Once the docs lineage is announced to the world the messenger becomes irrelevant. Their explanation is as good as carved in stone, even better,
