The judge can compel them to participate in the same trial, as Judge Carter is doing by refusing to allow the two to try their cases separately. But they cannot be compelled to work together. Witness the fact that Kreep has responded to the defense motion to delay discovery while Orly is off somewhere being Orly.

Interesting questions, but flawed at the core! ... "If you're a guy who knows of a woman who just happens to have a son with your name (with Jr. or II added) and you never acknowledged that you were that child's father, would you even think of posing for a photo with that child?"

First, and this is very important for people to note, when the photo was taken, the legal name of the boy was Barry Soetoro, the legally adopted son of Lolo Soetoro, Indonesian! And Barry was still the legal responsibility of Lolo Soetoro in 1980 (Barry graduated from High School in 1979 and entered Occi College in August or September of 1979), according to the divorce pleadings of Stanley Ann Soetoro.

Second, there is a real possibility that Barak Obama never knew of this boy until the photos were taken, and then may not have been informed that he was his son! There is no marriage cert for Stanley Ann and Barak, only a divorce decree which was never signed off on by Barak.

Third, Barak's knowledge of Stanley Ann may have been more through her alcoholic father who drank with Barak senior, than through contact with Stanley Ann. Frankly, with the layers of lies Barry Soetoro has already been caught in, it is not wise to trust anything he says regarding his mother and Barak Obama.

Ys, Orlys site is continually re i infected with a virus that insiinuates itself into PC registry, and then prevents various functions from activating, such as Norton 360, and other security software. Microsoft is actually researching a fix at this point.

THe virus takes over the loading of all major .dll files, and sends your PCs net adress to a server for targetinng for further infection through open ports on your PC.

Presumably you are going to have to run something to get infected. You are not going to get infected by viewing her web pages. Not only that, but the virus file was probably uploaded to the site through a normal upload process (e.g. her admin turned on ftp or even anonymous ftp). So that file is merely sitting in an “uploads” directory and has not “taken over” her server or anything close to that.

I defer to your analysis. The offending mechanism appears to be a hacked abheration of Verizon software.

That DLL is probably a trojan (never heard of it). There are essentially only two ways to get infected: one is to visit a ukranian (or whoever) website that has been specifically designed to infect, usually through a specially crafted media file (WMF or something like that). Simply viewing the site will cause an infection in an unpatched system. The second way to get infected is to click on an executable and run it. There could be an infected exe on any website that allows uploads or if the website administrator accidentally downloads one and places it on the website. But it is very unlikely that the latter type would infect only upon viewing (unless the admin was both unlucky and clueless enough to install an infected file in an spot where it would be automatically downloaded (e.g. from javascript on the web page).

It is also possible that Google will alert on a site if it contains links of the first type (i.e. a link to an maliciously generated web site). It is generally possible for anyone to place such a link on a website, even here, although I have seldom seen anything suspicious here.
